The Moving Pro family (Haim, Vicky, Sergio and his team) are absolutely the BEST MOVERS on the west side! Last month was my fourth move in five years with Moving Pro, and I could not be more pleased. Their extensive experience and customer-focused approach enabled them to anticipate and favorably resolve all of the many things that could go wrong in a move. My complete trust in their team has been repeatedly earned in every move.

The Moving Pro team were very responsive to all of our requirements, including scheduling, providing realistic time estimates, clear and timely communications, updating me on their progress throughout the move, and providing thoughtful advice on all aspects of the move. The movers arrived on time, they handled belongings with care (from packing to delivery in the exact room/location), and take precautions to avoid costly delays.

Loved the whole team! Haim moved us from two different residences across town in LA all the way to Boise in a flash. We are talking a few days. Everyone else we called said it would take two to four weeks from pack time to move time and they couldn't guarantee any amount of days.

Sergio and his son and nephew packed my beloved mid century furniture up so nicely and moved it up my narrow brick stairway. Even a giant heavy photo enlarger. I also had a dressers, desk and bed in a loft accessed by a small ladder and they somehow got everything down and into the truck without so much as a nick on it. It's close to a miracle, really.

I had mirrors, framed artwork, glass shelves. Everything was treated with so much care and made it to Boise safely. Vicky worked with us on our quote and was always friendly, caring and always told us what we could expect with regard to communication. Doing business with these folks really feels personal. My partner likes them so much this is the third time they've moved him! I highly recommend working with this team. An absolutely wonderful experience.

THE BEST! Haim and Vicki were so kind and helpful every single step of the way. They were so quick with giving me a quote and were able to help me move the very next day. Haim and his partner showed up early to move everything from my storage unit to new place- it was absolutely seamless and took under two hours. My belongings were moved carefully and wrapped and taped shut when needed. They even went as far as setting up my bed frame, as I don't have help here. Truly wonderful experience and I will be using Moving Pro Inc for all of my moves in the LA area! They take care of you like family and truly do the most wonderful job. Thank you so much!

The highlight of the service was their recommendation to properly utilize my space. Each room was oddly shaped. Their recommendations helped give a open, welcome and airy feeling to each space. Vicky And Haim saved the day for me! I was in a bind, not trusting the moving broker that I had already given nearly $5K deposit to. I was planning the move from CA to FL, and could not sleep at night. Something about the Broker felt so fishy… so I started looking into reviews of the Broker company - real reviews - Not fake reviews on the Broker’s own website! I was aghast - all I saw was horror story after horror story. So I bailed out and was in a panic. Then I found Vicki and Haim at Moving Pro‘s on yelp and was instantly so impressed because all they had were glowing 5-star reviews. Real reviews. I called them, and both Vicky And Haim jumped into action to help me. The move incredibly smoothly, with lots of communication along the way. They were so professional and kind, and we only had two items broken… which from what I hear is almost impossible for a cross-country move! Vicki immediately offered to reimburse me for them. I cannot speak more highly of these two and their family run business. Trust them. They will provide what they promise, and with kindness and professionalism!
