This place is so disgusting now. EVERYTHING is so inconsistent now, the smoothies and the acai bowls. One day ill get a smoothie that taste good but other times itll taste like straight up garbage not even eatable. It used to be good & consistent not sure what happened.

This was my first bad experience ordering from Movita. I ordered one premium acai bowl, one regular/plain bowl, and one smoothie. Both bowls were melted, and one was falsely labeled “premium” as there was 0 difference between the “premium” bowl and the “plain” one. My delivery driver didn’t take very long to bring the order but the bowls were both almost completely melted and the smoothie was warm. To top it off, they didn’t even give me a straw to drink the smoothie.

How y’all close at 9: 30 but I can’t get a fresh juice at 9: 10 during working hours due to staff cleaning the machine at 9. Don’t make sense! If y’all close at 9: 30 I should be able to get a juice before then!

Ordered lunch forgot the main salad and edible spoon. Would not deliver salad even after offered to pay cash for the salad (they order doordash pickup, since their mistake) I already paid tip and delivery once. 1st time I ordered from here, obviously disappointed and their empty apologies and poor attention to detail is a poor first showing. Barnum response, "gutted", is a liitle much. More words, no action. Poor service empty responses Will not be ordering again.

I was in town visiting family and decided to go this juice bar for the first time. Employees were more concerned about talking to each other than helping customers. Bad Service will not go back.

Ok here's another place that wants to charge you for everything! I have been going to this location since it has opened. I was never charged when I replaced kiwi for beets or celary for orange! It's ridiculous that you get charged for those types of replacements. The juice is ok but I will no longer go to this place anymore! I will continue to go to Juicy ladies in woodland hills. It's further from my house but they don't charge for every little replacement.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. I am from out of town but everytime I visit my mother I come here or bring her a treat from here. My 11 year old enjoys the smoothies and a good way to sneak nutrition.

It would be nice if they can invest in a working phone. Seems like the phone been broken for a bit. Also seems like the credit card machine is not working. For the amount of money they charge you would expect things be up and running if not for the company but for your employees.

Its truly a great place
As a local we support this store in tune of $80,000 a year i told so many about this gem of a store
Even had them over for a few workshops
Sadly we will not be going here anymore.
The influx of people that just order over the computer or phone and pay that way Never get to meet the wonderful crew, i did so many SMILES
Giving tips for the hard work they do.
I APPRECIATE YOU ALL.

To many online orders is affecting your customer service to your 5 year loyal customers that like all the others is on a schedule get robots for the ones that just care about service not Customer Service w a Smile.

The new have to touch the screen to get your points thing SUCKS

Excellent food but slacking on delivery orders! The past 3 orders I’ve placed for delivery have either been sent incomplete or canceled altogether because they were out of ingredients and failed to notify me after waiting for over an hour. I love this place but if this kind of service continues, I’ll be going back to my old standbys.

Quick took less than 5 minutes while they were a bit busy. Plus no complaints with my order!

Friendly team at Movita. With all the bad customer service going on these days it was a pleasant surprise to be greated. I am a big Acai bowl eater and I have to say it was a fresh and delicious bowl. Highly recommend Movita.
