6This business has a store front but no one is at the location. When I call the owner of the business to set an appointment, I am told that I must send pictures. He will text the phone number for sending pictures, he will give a quote and pick up the furniture. I have talked with him several times asking for the phone number to text but he never responds.
Very shoddy repair, lack of support for 2nd break.
My 11-ft umbrella worked great from new for nearly 6 years and I was referred to Mr. Chairman for repairs. He will not do same day turnaround, which means I have two 1-hr drives to drop off from Martinez and two for pick up. First repair 10/20/2020 lasted until 5/25/2021 (2months in place before winter. Took two RT drives to get it repaired again, only to have it fail in TWO DAYS. Very shoddy repair, and poor attitude. ZERO STARS.
Very nice and helpful man. I called him and he gave me great advice on a fabric issue and didn’t charge me for the consultation.
The team does an excellent job of finishing, refinishing our outdoor teak furniture. Prompt service and very fair price
Less than a year after getting a glider restrapped, several straps showed very bad premature oxidation and discoloration. The owner said he would fix, but then proceeded to put me off for three months despite many calls and texts from me. He finally said he would pick it up last Saturday and asked me to put it out on driveway. I did that and he was a "no- show" despite confirming. He also ignored my follow up message late Saturday asking if he was still coming.
Undependable. My patio umbrella went over. I asked them to send someone to examine the damage to see if the damage could be repaired. I offered to pay for the exam. Was told the umbrella had to be brought to their shop for examination, but it was much too large for me to pick up. I kept asking them to simply send someone up. The owner then jacked me around for 2 weeks about doing so. Said he would but never made appointment several times. Said he would call me back when he found the time several times and never did so. He was just playing me.
