Both my wife and I ordered the 2 piece fish combo. The batter on the fish was crunchy and good, not overly oily. And the fish inside was moist and tasty. We also got a side of onion rings that were crunchy and flavorful. The owner is super nice.
A hidden gem in Simi. The last real fish and chips. The Nicest couple own the place. I got there when the doors were closing they opened up the place for me and let me order. Wow! Nobody get service like this anymore great food and service with a smile. If you're over by Aldi on Cochran check them out.
My family and I like this place. The owner is friendly, food is tasty, and the portion is just right. Clam chowder would have been better if it was thicker. Onion rings are crispy, shrimps, fish and calamari are delicious.
A friend & I have been to this place many times over the last year.
We have really liked the food & the service has always been very good. The owner is polite & attentive.
The reason for 2 stars is because our most recent visit took a turn for the worse. We placed our order & when our items were brought out, some of the food fell onto the table. Instead of discarding those items, the owner placed them back onto the plate. I didn't eat anything from that plate. It was gross & inappropriate.
I won't return but my friend said they might because they like the food so much.
