My “well done” pizza was barely brown, cold even though I picked up on time, and was missing mushrooms.

This has to be one of the best places I will eat. Atmosphere beautiful and relaxing. Service incredibly kind. Food was absolutely busting. I highly recommend this sweet spot.

Do not get delivery! They never cook pizza fully through - literally uncooked pizza once again. It’s a shame because they do have good ingredients and the slices are good but if you order an actual pizza…it’s essentially warm white dough. They never cook the pizza through and I have asked multiple times for a well done pizza and they undercook it even less. Won’t be back.

This place it terrible. They make customers wait a very long time. I came here to pickup an order. They made me wait a very long time and then told me someone else took the order. Other times i have come it has just been a mess with the waiting and not just for me but for other customers.

If you are in the area, craving for that slice cheesiness. Stop on by. I'll tell you straight up from the gate, not your average slice. Time to step into that Moto. We out.

The pizza was less than average, soggy and lacking flavor a poor attempt at new York style pizza. I suggest you avoid this pizzeria.

Absolutely AWFUL customer service. We placed an order that was delivered incorrectly - two out of our three pizzas had incorrect toppings and only 2/7 sides of ranch were delivered.when we called to ask about it, we were met with the rudest “general manager” I’ve ever come across. She asked us to drive back and show them our pizzas with incorrect toppings (this was a delivered order?) and when we mentioned why we could do that, this woman on the phone said “I don’t know if your friend is drunk or stupid, but this is our policy. ” In what world is that a response? We paid $35+ for a specialty pizza that was completely wrong — and we’re met with hostility and rudeness on the other end of the phone? I used to always eat here and thoroughly enjoyed it, but somethings changed in the last few years and I only have negative experiences. Never again.

Love this simple conveniently located pizza shop. If you like your crust thin with tasty topings this is the best pizza in PB.

Absolutely fantastic pizza. The piece I had was crisp, garlicky and super flavourful. I will be coming back before I leave San Diego. Also in the future will be my first stop when coming back.

Ordered a pizza online, quoted me one hour wait. It has been 2.5 hours and we have no pizza and no one will answer the phones. Very disappointing.

I had the worst experience in my last 2 orders, I got an email with a $5 dollars discount, first time we use it they burned our pizza out we tried to eat but it was impossible! Second time using just to make sure that everything was just a coincidence, and we had to wait for 10 more min.while our pizza was already done and getting cold, when I questioned why we were waiting, the girl was very rude and unprofessional, honestly I don’t know exactly what she was thinking because even picking up my own pizza I gave the tip, so to make long history short I just don’t want to buy from this store anymore.

Their pepperoni is flawless. I also recommend their Da Italian. I really love their pizza. It became a tradition for me and my wife. I really recommend it.

This was my first experience at any establishment where I couldn’t place an online order and then tried to order in person and that didn’t work either. But somehow Mr Moto made it happen. It took me 25 minutes after ordering in person to get a slice and 2 garlic knots. The salad I ordered was actually done reasonably fast which being the most labor intensive item I bought (the other items only need to be heated) doesn’t make much sense.
