Stefan has been a part of our family since 2008 when he helped us purchase our first home and recently in June 2023 sell our last California property. He is an absolute powerhouse within the real estate of the Inland Empire. Honest, professional, personable! Those are just a few of the many positive words that describe Stefan! I heard about Stefan in 2012 through a few coworkers he had helped get into their homes. Stefan was our agent/broker and got my wife and I into our first home together in Murrieta. These were the days when a decent Murrieta home was well under 300K! Over the past decade he would maintain a relationship with us and check on us from time to time. I would call or text him with real estate questions and he was always happy to help. We considered selling a few times over that decade and even got to looking at a few homes then decided against it at the time. Stefan worked with us through all of this and never pressured us to buy or sell, never asked for anything, just always offered his best advice and assured us he was here for us, whatever was best for our family. Then crazy 2022 hit! By the time we were ready, it was certainly not a seller’s market, late 2022 it had totally cooled off!
