Mr. Obanyaki, Monterey Park CA

We were in the Los Angelas area and could not miss a chance to try Obanyaki. We tried 3 different flavors and all were very tasty. Had a chance to meet the owners who were great people. If your in the LA area take the time to stop by you won't regret it.

I had went today for there custard filled breads and they were really delicious. The worker was friendly and the service was great. Will definitely come back.

I loved coming here! Wanted to try something new and it was so warm, fresh and delicious! I recommend trying it anytime you want a tasty treat.

I had to wait about 15 minutes from the time I ordered until it was ready, but it was freshly made and piping hot! It had a lot of cream and was delicious! The coffee & cookie ice cream is not too sweet and has a rich coffee flavor, making it very delicious. The black sesame milk tea was very sweet, but since you can adjust the sweetness, I thought half sugar would be better! You can eat very high-quality large-sized grilled meat

I really liked their custard obanyaki and the fact that they have a nive variety, I truly recommend this place its small but really

Smells good, as soonest you walk in. Don't forget to tip, there freshly maid so be patient.

Like the enviroment, quick service and easy menu to read. Great place for wheel cakes. Nice selection never had ice cream with it.

Mr. Obanyaki is a family owned establishment in the city of Monterey Park serving refreshing drinks like cold drinks and also hot drinks and they serve ice cream. They are well know make these Japanese style it's like a sandwich comes with filling there's nine flavors choose from. When you enter at Mr Obanyaki you can sell the aroma from each are made to order it's mind blowing everything is made fresh and warn when you get. They also have deal you can get a drink and a sandwich the choice of filling and choice of ice cream flavor.

The waiting time is about 15 minutes it's worth it. They use good quality ice cream from Fosselman ice cream from the city of Alhambra their ice cream is the best. My wife and I got two drinks two sandwich and ice cream to see why so many are coming to Mr. Obanyaki. We both got the Ube Horchata they were so good we enjoy very much then we pick our two sandwich and ice cream the flavor we got in our sandwich was custard and Nutella they both good.

The ube ice cream was mazing delicious we both enjoy ube very much it's one our favorite. Everybody from Mr. Obanyaki they were very nice and helpful with our order. We need to come back again with our friends

Disappointed in the Ube Horchata. Tasted only like milk and sugar (not Ube or Horchata). Maybe an off day? Wasn't impressed.

Made fresh to order. We got the Pick 6 and tried custard, taro, boba milk tea, and matcha coconut. Liked them all!

I personally didn't like the ube ice cream and ube horchata. It was a let down in my opinion, since I really like ube. The people working there were very kind so I decided 3 stars would be the best I could give.
