On time, courteous and friendly staff, easy to contact main office, great clean carpets, no soap residue. They don't shampoo your carpets, they CLEAN IT.

We moved into a beautiful new home in Aptos but our Terrazzo countertops were a little worse for wear due to acid etching and knife marks (all of which are not supposed to occur). We wanted the home to feel brand new, so we called out Mr. Peabody's to restore our countertops throughout our Kitchen, Master Bath, upstairs guest bath and laundry room. Terry, the owner, was quick to respond with a visit to give us a reasonable quote considering how much polishing and sanding would be required to make them all like new again.
Terry's stone refinishing team of Trenton and Gil came out and did an excellent job of restoring our counter surfaces throughout our house. It took one day for the kitchen and another for the bathrooms and laundry room. All of the appliances and fixtures were carefully masked off and in the original condition after the process, which was a big relief.
Mr. Peabody's team was professional and courteous throughout the process. We highly recommend that you give Mr. Peabody's a call if you need your stone/quartz counters resurfaced. These guys are great at what they do!

Nice people but was a sales trick. I was quoted a price over the phone for my tile floors to be cleaned and sealed and that price mind you was not cheap. Then when they showed up the price for all of the services was going to be $3200 more then what was quoted per square foot. This was due to the fact they suggested in order to get the floors looking like new they needed to be sand them before sealing. Mind you the floors were in really great shape. I decided to opt out of the extra money services but felt like they should have been up front on the phone that there were two options and the vast difference in price. Also had to have them back out the next day to clean about 30 spots of the grout that they missed along the wall that was the dirty color. Overall floors looked better but was not super impressed for the price.

We have brand new quartzite countertops in our kitchen. They needed to be cleaned and sealed. There was also a 3 inch circular spot of etching that needed to be fixed. Mr. Peabody's gave us the best quote and exceptional service. They researched our stone by going to the dealer, and taking a sample of stone we had left over. They tested their product on that stone before doing our job. They were on time, clean, and thorough. I highly recommend this company.
