The BEST pho in Albuquerque!

I've been looking for a good pho place for a few years now and hadn't found one. I went to the A-1 Oriental Market and saw Mr. Pho next door, so I gave it a try.

The place looked spotless and I liked that the tables weren't crammed in the restaurant. The service was courteous and prompt.

I ordered the #7 pho and asked for it to be spicy. I have to explain what I consider to be a good pho, which I hadn't found until this day. The broth is the most important to me. I want a beefy broth with great depth of flavor and the usual pho spices. The meat is second and I want them to be tender. The #7 was steak, flank and tendon. There was the perfect amount of each and the texture of all of them were just right! I ate everything in sight, including the side of bean sprouts, basil and jalapeño.

Every other pho I've had so far was bland with very weak spices and a broth that wasn't very flavorful. No depth of flavor.

Mr. Pho serves the best pho I've had in NM!

I don't know if this was Japanese or some kind of Chinese, but their beef noodle soup, Pho, was to die for

Good food for a good price. This is not a fancy restaurant so if you need a good atmosphere to impress a guest maybe try a more expensive upscale place.

Mediocre food quality & freshness.
Small portions.
Not too clean.
Some dishes are ok though.
Nice waitress.

Overly small dishes and spring rolls which tasted unfresh and rubbery. On asking to replace them we were brought back 1/2 the order (or one piece). Haha. Bit cheap IMO. My wife's vermicelli noodle dish was good and the waitress was nice though. But I still don't recommend this pho place.

One of the best Pho places in north county. Honestly there are. Bunch of just mediocre spots. Mr. Pho checks all the boxes. Reasonable price and great food. The broth is rich and the meat is high quality. That can make or break other spots. Service is fast and friendly and I highly recommend for dine in or takeout. It’s becoming my go to local spot for a nice warming bowl of Pho.

Best Pho spot in town! We come here literally every week either dine in or take out. The staff is always polite and the food comes out fast, hot and ready. We’ve tried almost all the local Pho restaurants and no one has better yet delicious broth or egg rolls than Mr. Pho!

This place used to be great. They are now no longer allowing you to take sauces to go. Only if you sit down, can you use them. I believe they switched owners. RIP

The food is always very delicious. Service is fast and polite. I have been a regular customer since 2010.

Have been going here for years my family and I love it very good food very nice staff the egg rolls are the best ohhh and number 18 my Faviola restaurant I have to come every week because it’s sooo good

Had a great time eating here. Not my first time but I must say that the quality of service is on point. Staff are very friendly. We came here during lunch time and it was very busy but to my surprise, we didn't wait too long for our food. I ORDERED my favorite beef stew with noodles. I prefer egg noodles instead of vermicelli but it was still good. I also ordered broken rice with bbq shrimp and fried egg roll. It was delicious.

Pretty good, decently priced, and fast to go! I asked for extra herbs and veggies which they charged me for but didn't give?
I will give them another chance!

Rudest servers I’ve ever interacted with. They upcharged menu items, then yelled swear words and threw stuff after refusing to correct the bill. They’d rather have me refunded for my entire order than fix a $2 discrepancy on a menu item I (used to) buy once a week. Do not eat here if you value being treated kindly!

Great pho for a good price. The broth is flavorful and the meat is well seasoned. The soup comes with an array of accoutrements to so you can personalize to your taste. Fast service. Friendly environment.

This place is super cute and always a plus plus. Clean and good food. We had the #55, egg rolls and veggie soup. They have extra sauce to add your own spice. I like mine a little more spicy. Egg rolls come with mint and lettuce to wrap them in and dip them in a fish sauce.

This is our favorite spot for Pho! The food is always delicious. We've been coming here for years now and have yet to be disappointed!
The owner is such a nice guy and everyone who works there is very friendly and they always make us feel welcome!
If you're in the mood for Pho I definitely recommend Mr. Pho!
