E. Valera came to my home to give me a free estimate on fixing my sprinkler system. I have a tiny yard. Suddenly he asked if he could come into my house and I stupidly said yes not understanding why. He asked to use the bathroom and was in there for an unusual period of time. He left the medicine cabinet open! I did not know that he was looking for something in my bathroom. When he came out he opened the cabinet under my kitchen sink and did nothing. He stood up and said I now owed him $150.00. His presence was menacing I wrote the check just to get him out of my house! He was over six feet tall and has a large build. I said, "This is a free estimate" He said, " Well now I have fixed your water pressure". My water filter survivor said no water pressure was affected. My sprinkler system was not "fixed". I got no estimate, false information that my problem was fixed and that I owed him $150.00. I am 76 years old. He took obvious advantage of a senior woman living alone. I called the company in a vitalized positive state and asked for my money back and they said, "We will check into this and get your money back. " I waited for two weeks and called again in the same good natured, strong and vitalized state and asked again and THEY HUNG UP AND TOOK THEIR SITE AND PHONE NUMBER OFF THE NET FOR AN UNKNOWN PERIOD OF TIME. I became ill and was not well for three months. I am back and have contacted BBS and am going to the licensing board upon BBS''s recommendation.

We had a leak under the sink on a weekend. I called and left voicemails with 2 other plumbers and when I called Mr. Rooter they actually answered the phone. They sent someone out within the hour. He was very friendly, professional, explained the problem and fixed it promptly. 5 days later and the other plumbers still haven't called me back. Next time I'll start by calling Mr. Rooter!

Very prompt. Very professional and friendly. A little pricey for a drain unclog, but they were at my house within 3 hours of calling.

They never showed for the appointment after re scheduling.no call or text. I went with another group. I gave them 3 stars because the dispatcher did call and let me know the rescheduled time twice.

This is our go to plumbing company. Very professional and friendly. During this last appointment, our driver was running a little behind. The office staff called and kept us abreast of the drivers status. We really appreciated this. Also our plumber did a great job. Very happy with the outcome. We definitely and highly recommend Mr. Rooter for all your plumbing needs.

Jaime came out super quickly and got right to work with option after option to assess our emergency leak that was flooding the house. When he met one dead end, he was quick to work out another plan and ultimately was able to fix the leak, improve our current plumbing system, and provide us with vital info.

We are new home owners and on our second night in the house, with a house full of guests, the toilet clogged and affected both bathrooms and bath tubs. Something was definitely wrong. It’s was 10: 30pm on a Sunday night when we made the call. Within the hour Michael Grey arrived and saved the day! He worked tirelessly and went above and beyond to make sure that the current situation was handled. Michael had a camera you could feed into the pipes and discovered the previous owner (or their kid) left a huge foreign object in the pipes that caused the blockage. He was very dedicated and resourceful and somehow managed to fish out the obstruction. We highly recommend this company!

Mr Rooter performed awesome work in replacing my main sewer line. I was given an estimate that was reasonable. The work took six hours and we were able to use our toilets. Great work to the crew!

Mr. Rooter customer service over the phone was excellent. They came out at the scheduled time. They did a great job at replacing some parts of the toilet. They performed quality work and were friendly. If I ever need to again, I will give them a call.

I'm a repeat customer from 2007 and very happy with the excellent service provided by Mr. Rooter. Highly recommend Mr. Rooter for all your plumbing repairs. They are very professional, courteous, and explain in detail the repair that is required. My wife and I had the main water pipe replaced from the city meter to the house by Miguel and his team repaired ahead of promised scheduled time. Thank You Mr. Rooter for being our Go to Plumber for many years.

The worst experience with any plumbing service in my entire life. We having a plumbing EMERGENCY which is why we called these people to begin with. They gave my cousin a time within 90 min. 2 hours later, she calls and the guy says "something happened and he'll be there within the hour".

Over an hour later I speak to Todd on the phone and he is trying to reach AUSTIN "the plumber" to no avail. Finally, he responds and says he'll be there within the hour. I call back again because it's 8: 30pm by now 3 HOURS LATE, and Todd says he's to call and call me right back. 15 minutes goes by and Todd says, "He says he'll be there just as soon as he's done"

It is now 9pm. No one call use the toilets in the house because AUSTIN led us to believe he'd be there with 90min. Now we have to call another company at 9pm on a Saturday in the middle of a pandemic.

This is beyond unacceptable. I will leave this review everywhere I can to warn others. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

These guys were awesome. Fixed a slab leak the same day I called. Stayed until 10pm on Memorial Day to do it. Reasonable price, nice guys, and worked fast. Very happy with the service.

Michael showed up early (on a Sunday). Very professional. Reasonably priced. Michael explained every step of the repair process. He double checked his work to make sure repairs were done correctly. I would recommend Michael to anyone that needed plumbing repairs.

This company sent out a technician Mike on a Sunday, very positive attitude and courteous. Would definitely recommend this company and also Todd the dispatcher was very helpful.

Said they would be at my house within an hour well they showed up almost 2 hours later and also way over priced just to unclog my shower drain it was $165

We have a main sewer line back up on Sunday evening. Called Ventura County Plumbing & Rooter and they send Michael out within 90 minutes. He was courteous and got the drain unclogged. We are so thankful for them that they could come out as quick as they did. Thank you!
