Service man arrived on time, listened to description of problem, identified the problem correctly, gave an estimate which I accepted. Performed repair as required and left. Service man was polite, friendly and well informed. Very satisfied.

Our plumber was efficient and explained in detail what was going on, he even gave us suggestions to improve and maintain our plumbing issues to prevent further complications.

My garbage disposal broke on Sunday night called around, got appt.for maybe Mon.late but if not Tue.afternoon. They were a no-show/no-call. The same for the next one. Called Mr Rooter and talked to the nicest girl, who put up with my bad attitude as I was tired of getting the run-around from several companies. She said that I would get a callback the next morning at8: 30 with a time and she would try her hardest to make it early. Call came, 8: 15, they would be at my house in an hour. Cammron was here in 30min.with a smile for my husband and I and my 71lb white Husky! Not only did he do a beautiful job but he was friendly and ever so neat and tidy with our home! The job included him going to the store and purchasing a new disposal. He also took care of the old disposal for us. At first I didn’t give Mr. Rooter full marks because I thought the bill was rather high, but after some research I found that they were competitive. I’m very happy to recommend to friends and family.

Brian showed up at the time expected. I received a phone call 10 minutes before informing me that my technician was on his way. Brian was professional. Listened to problems, diagnosed the problem, and let me know what was wrong and how much it was going to cost. There were no hidden fees. It didn't take that long for him to fix my leaky shower. I would recommend this company and would definitely use them again for my plumbing, etc.needs.

I could not believe how painless it was dealing with Mr. Rooter. I called, made appointment for same day. Technician Brian arrived early! (Kudos he was wearing gloves and a mask! Yay!) Brian was awesome. He explained everything he was doing. Explained costs upfront. Cleaned up when he was done. All in all- extremely happy with service and will now be my go to plumber.
