We called on Sunday and they came out the next morning. Since we were without hot water we appreciated their prompt response.

Nathalie and Kevin were both very professional, kept me informed on appointment, Kevin’s arrival tIme.
Kevin did a great job of diagnostics- determined no leak under the house, looked at what else could be making the water meter spinning. Also let us know about some pests under the house, sooo helpful.

Kavan of Sonoma County was great everything I wanted and did it nicely. He was awesome I was not evan home but my mother was he Definitely gets a 5 star very happy with the service will definitely be coming back thank you.

They were very prompt and polite and professional and took care of the issue immediately. Everything was perfect except the pricing was very heafty but I'm not sure of the competition so perhaps it's just that expensive.

I don't know how much plumbers cost these days but this was $400 for less than an hour of work. And that is why I give 4 stars rather than 5. The work was done well and the plumbers were professional, helpful and willing to show me how to fix my faucet myself next time so that hopefully I can save $400.

Came immediately to fix a pump grinder. Did clean out and did an honest job. Did not recommend unnecessary work. Professional.

Amazing! My kitchen sink backed up and created a mess, they came out super quickly to fix the issue and did an amazing job! Highly recommend!

Joey, the manager, was very professional and articulate. I had asked for an estimate for a large job and I understood later that a camera inspection was necessary in order to offer an estimate in the first place. But this was not made clear to me over the phone, which I would have appreciated. When the receptionist called to confirm the appointment for the estimate, she asked if we needed our drain cleaned at the same time. I said no and so figured that this wouldn't be a service call. In the end, I would say that this is only a small criticism, but that they should say on the phone that there will likely be some service charge for any kind of visit.

Very easy to schedule, excellent communication before and throughout the appointment. The technician was very polite, very thorough and did great work. Will be calling Mr. Rooter again next time we need plumbing assistance!

The technician who came out, David, arrived right on time, was very friendly, and explained the repair and the cost before performing the work in unclogging the drain. He then cleaned up nicely and put everything back together before he left. Will definitely use Mr. Rooter Plumbing again.
