First rate, trustworthy, on-time service. The guys went above and beyond to ensure there were zero damages to my stuff. They showed up when they said they would, worked hard, and met me at our new house in Arizona the following day, again, when they said they would. The move could not have gone smoother.

Best moving experience ever! Steve the owner came and gave us an estimate and explained everything very thoroughly. He told me where the majority of costs were and if I wanted to save money, which items I could pack myself.

He was very proactive letting me know ahead of time what to expect and planning the timing.

On packing day the guys came and packed up our home. They were so careful with my things and answered my many questions very politely. They got all boxes packed up then came the next day.

On moving day, they arrived early with smiles on their faces and worked so hard and helped us coordinate all of the timing. We bought a furnished home so they had to move things at our new home to make room for what was coming. These guys worked so hard and were so helpful.

When they were done, the lead tallied up the invoice hours and had a big grin on his face and excitedly showed me we were way under the estimate. Steve's tips on how to cut costs and the diligence of his workers saved me a couple thousand dollars. Hopefully I don't have to move again but if I do, I will definitely use them again.

We could not have asked for a better experience moving from Chino to Menifee. Steve, the owner, was very responsive & maintained great communication throughout the entire process. He was very personable, answered any questions we had and offered a great price. Mr. Stix Moving did a phenomenal job. They moved me twice this year a new my mom once. Mom and I couldn’t be happier with them. They were punctual, professional, friendly, and careful with our antiques and vintage furniture. Nothing was broken or scratched. They provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend Mr Stix moving. And the owner is a nice guy.

Mr. Stix Moving did an excellent and efficient job moving us. Our foreman Russell and his crew were organized, precise, and a polite. We hired them for packing and moving. It was great that they had the same team handle both aspects of our move on two separate days. Russell is also a packing wizard. We had a very large home going into storage and he was able to expertly pack our unit for us. The owner Steve arrived the morning of packing to introduce the foreman and the crew and walk the job with both I and the foreman, also stopping by that evening to make sure my expectations were being met before having the crew wrap up for the day. Steve did the same on move day. This company was all around efficient and very professional. I would highly recommend hiring them for your moving and packing needs.

We had a wonderful experience with Mr. Stix! Steve was super responsive, professional and flexible even when we had to possibly change dates last minute. The communication among the team seemed to go really well. It was worth every penny to have someone help us move our stuff from Riverside to the mountains. They navigated the challenging stairs at our first location and difficult labor in high elevation like champs. Super-friendly and overall I’d highly recommend their services. The only small thing was I wish we could’ve squeezed a few more items on the truck if it had been organized slightly better, I think it would’ve worked. They felt it wouldn’t be safe and didn’t want to damage anything which seems reasonable. But overall we are more than happy with this company!

Amazing customer service! Which has been rare as of lately! We moved from the third floor to a second floor apartment… not an easy move! Our movers were new, so it took a little longer than anticipated but they were troopers! Determined. Steve checked in with us often and followed through to make sure we were satisfied. He did not charge me over what he quoted. Helped the pocket book. Overall, definitely a great company!

I called Mr. Stix on a Friday at 4 pm in the afternoon after I found out from (a big national company (U) that my reserved truck was not gauranteed for pick up on Sunday. Steve from Mr.stix called his crew late Friday afternoon and confirmed availability to move me. They saved me from being stranded in the Mountains with minimal moving services.
The crew did an amazing job. Nice guys. Professional and careful w my furniture. They wrapped my furniture with blankets.
We made it to our moving destination with everything in tact. Good price and great service.

After calling many moving companies we decided to go with Stixx. They were very responsive and Steve, the owner was very informative and answered all our questions and we had a lot of them. The crew he sent to move us, Brad, Hunter and Jacob were very professional and they were very attentive to our wants and needs. Steve even came out to make sure we were pleased with the job his crew was doing! We can’t say enough about this company!

This was our very first experience with Mr. Stix Moving company. Excellent service. His guys were very professional and worked very hard none stop. It was so nice to see young men with such a good work ethics, They even arrived earlier than expected and didn't start there clock till our truck pulled up. I would recommend them to anyone, we will use there service from now on. Also, staff in the office offered great customer service.
