MRB Deer Creek Car Wash

The worst car wash I’ve ever been it is not even clean and it is not worth the money$26 plus tip.
They make money so easily, spent less than 10 mins. The car is not even clean at all, it’s so dirty still.

My 1st and last time complete waste of money. My suv was wash and fine but it looks like the only thing they did in the interior was clean the floor mats and windowns. Nothing was wiped down, the seats weren’t cleaned, dash not wiped down, the back was not cleaned I was told I have to ask for that portion. Complete unsatisfied and upset for a partial job and a waste of my time.

Got a detail and they did an amazing job. My dog and thrown up in my cup holders and in between my seats and they cleaned it all up and made it smell nice! I still don't smell vomit. Definitely would get abother detail here.

Where are the employees? Definitely not enough staff on hand to dry and process the vehicles. Only two were available and one of the staff had to stop every so often to retrieve the vehicles coming out of the wash. Wow, what a change from prior visits when they had plenty of workers. And yet, the price is so high!

Used to come here years ago and it was the best around. It has gone downhill big time. Staffing issues cause closures or opens late.

Got charged 5$ to clean each floor mat and they said they lost them after so now all 4 floor mats in my car are missing. That's great. Thank you for losing them.

Horrible car wash. Car was still dirty afterwards and the automatic air dryers don’t work I had to spend another 10 minutes drying my car off afterwards with a towel. The gas stations car wash is better than this place.

Don’t waste your time here. This is at least my fourth time coming. I kept coming back hoping it was just a one time thing but they are lazy and don’t do a good job. I paid for the highest level and the doors inside were still covered in dust. I watched the worker just barely and quickly wipe stuff down. They rush every time when vacuuming and didn’t bother to vacuum the trunk. Don’t waste your time calling to speak to a manager as they never pick up. Shady place all together. Just go down the street to Mission Car wash on foothill. They do so much better and same prices.

I stopped by Thursday, it was supposed to be open but it wasn't, I just stopped by right now, its 12Pm on Saturday.there is only one guy at the vacuum and he is the one taking your service order so the is a big line. I had to leave since after a while it was clear to me that getting the car washed was going to take the entire afternoon.

Great service for car washes. Lines were not that long compared to other car washes on the weekend. You get to choose your own "Little Trees" scent from more than a dozen scents available when you pay (instead of them spraying a scent inside your car). Cleaning was thorough.

The wash is very good. This is my second ttime coming here. The service and the friendliness of the crew is what you cannot find anywhere else! I will not go to any other car wash other than this! Awesome job guys! Thanks for clearing the yellow paint.

Worse service ever broke. My windshield and they will not repair any damages even when you make a report a to the corporation

First time here, I brought two cars. Very very happy with the service. To start, the workers were extremely friendly all around. Very quick in and out and very happy with the cleanliness. Highly recommend and will be back. Wish they had like a frequent user punch card or something like that, but they do offer a club where you pay a fee and bring that one car as much as you’d like. Full service and self service available, also oil change with car wash included sounds like an awesome deal.

The quality of this car wash has gradually decreased and I will not be returning. They have now gone from adding scents to your car wash to now you pick a scent tree off the wall. Cheap. Even though the prices increase. Limited scents and def no baby powder scent. No wonder it’s empty most days. Not what it used to be ‍️

Express car wash was really nice and thorough but the drying part was too quick. The vacuums work amazing, they are super strong! And they're free, the timer is on the side of the building and the vacuums go off when it's done.
