I absolutely loved working with Pauline at Mrs. Best Cleaners & Alterations. She was a recommendation of my bridesmaid and I trusted this. I bought a Wedding Gown off the rack in a local bridal salon and it needed some TLC before my big day. Pauline made it for my body like glove, cleaned up the beading, replaced the closure loops and added a wrist loop bustle that was super strong and held up all night through me socializing and dancing. She hand cleaned and pressed the gown because if the intricate beading. We communicated by text and the gown was ready when she said it would be. Payment was done by card or Venmo. I’m forever grateful for the experience, her skill and patience.

Awesome same day service for military embroidery. Very happy and will refer others here instead of the places around base that take up to a week.

I've traveled from Michigan and all over the states - this is by far THE BEST alteration cleaners that I've ever experienced! I am very particular about how my clothes fit, and I feel like a million $$ every time I pick up my clothes and wear them out.it never fails! Going elsewhere is a waste of time. Very good at what they do! They saved my sons costume. The zipper got messed up and they repaired it like nothing had ever happened to it. Even better. Very friendly and fast work.

Paulin (owner) was very responsive, professional and accommodating.
She fulfilled my request as rapidly as can be expected, and did a fantastic job!
She is excellent at what she does.
I have no reservations returning to her for service (if I'm in the area) AND would give her my highest recommendation to anyone needing tailoring and/or dry cleaning.

Mrs. Best Cleaners is (The Best) in the business. I've taken many projects to them, from custom curtains to clothing alterations. Grandma and Pauline get it Right every time they put their hands to work. Bostonia is very lucky to have a top notch family team of tailors/seamstresses. Until someone can do better, I will continue to be a customer of theirs.

Pauline is AMAZING! She made my dress fit like a dream when I was worried I would have to be uncomfortable on my wedding day after the person I took it to before messed it up.
