3 I highly recommend MSB to anyone who needs maintenance and/or repairs on a Mercedes-Benz vehicle. Mike and Alex run a very honest and thorough business, and I am glad I found them on Yelp!
I was looking for two things - Service A (typical maintenance item), and replace sway bar bushings (my car was rumbling when making either a right or left turn). I got a quote via Yelp from Mike for Service A, and he told me to bring in my car so that he could better diagnose the rumbling turns.
After settling down at a cafe while my car was being worked on, Mike called me to let me know that the Service A work was done. On the same call, he mentioned that he (and Alex, who I believe worked on my car) suspected that the issue was the sway bar links. He provided a quote over the phone, and he asked me if I wanted the work done (I said yes). All throughout the process, Mike was great and communicative so that I knew what work was to be done and at what price. I was really impressed in that regard.
Mike and Alex correctly diagnosed the problem. It was, indeed, the sway bar links that needed to be replaced. I drove the car home, and both left and right turns are smooth with no rumbling!
The pricing here is very fair. I can tell you for a fact that the sway bar link replacements were almost 75% cheaper than what the dealer quoted me. That is not a typo! I paid one-fourth of what I would have paid at the dealer. Not only that, but the service I received from Mike and Alex was professional and they do great work! I really liked how Mike showed me the sway bar links that were replaced (the old ones were very worn/torn) as well.
For as long as this place exists, I am going to bring my Mercedes-Benz vehicle here for vehicle maintenance and repairs.
Just a note for those trying to find this place: Yes, it is located at/adjacent to American Tire Depot. You should see a "MSB" banner. Just go a little further in for MSB, but it is right next to American Tire Depot.
