The hardest part about this review is were to begin. Taylor help my wife and I sell our old nightmare of a house. Helping us through all stages. He was there to answer any and all questions. Being there day or night, and my wife had a lot of them. Shortly after the sell of our old house we knew we were going to ask Taylor to help us with our next home. And once again he didnt disappoint. He was very patient with us. Didnt push a house we did not want to see. Sent listings over that fit our needs. When plans/selection changed, he was right on track with us. Ensuring we were able to see our selected homes in a quick manner. Never once did we feel like we were being forced to look at something that didn't fit our needs/wants. My family and I wanted to live in North Natomas. Since we were looking to purchase in an extremely competive market, we thought it best to work with an agent who specializes in the area. We intended to interview 3 different agents that work for prominent brokers in Natomas. Taylor was our second interview and, after meeting with him for 20 minutes, it was clear that he was the right choice for us.

Over the several months that it took to locate and successfully bid on a home in a hypercompetitive market, we were regularly reminded that we had made the correct choice in selecting Taylor.

I imagine that most people purchasing a house in this market, like us, tend to spend a lot of time in consultation with their real estate agent and get to know their agent a bit via phone calls, emails and texts. With our family, the more time we spent with Taylor, the more we appreciated him.

Taylor has a positive attitude (which is essential as a buyer in a hot seller's market - it's tough to stay upbeat when houses you're only marginally interested in are receiving 50+ bids). At a time where it seems like provding good customer service is a lost art, Taylor was professional in that he was always on time, very responsive and provided valuable advice that was of great assistance to us. If a house came on the market, he was there with us as soon as it was practicable to view. When we'd have questions, he'd either know the answer or follow-up. In one instance, we asked how much we would have to offer in order to purchase the house, his estimate was very accurate. Taylor was also informative, without being pushy, when he brought houses to our attention.

Taylor has integrity. When I guess a purchase price for a certain house at an amount he considered high, he told us that he wouldn't want us to pay that much. Perhaps that's an ethical obligation of realtors, but I don't know that all real estate agents would have spoken up under similar circumstances. Finally, when an issue arose, as they often do when complex transactions transpire over a short timeframe, Taylor worked with the other party on our behalf and it was resolved swiftly, with an outcome that was satisfactory to all parties.

Not only does Taylor have a lot of good qualities but, perhaps more importantly, he delivered results.

While it was certainly a joint effort, we're convinced that Taylor gave us a competitive advantage when we purchased our home. When we found a home we liked Taylor responded swiftly and scheduled a viewing right away. Almost immediately after the viewing, he contacted the listing agent. His relationship with the listing agent allowed him to quickly convey our interest in the property and to discuss terms. Less than 2 hours after we viewed the property he submitted our offer, which the seller accepted.

Taylor also helped us to sell our previous home. Perhaps unexpectedly, the house sold quickly for what we considered to be a good price. Escrow went smoothly, and when an issue went awry while we were on vacation, Taylor stepped in and resolved it the same day.

With such an important purchase as buying a primary residence, it was important for us to work with someone who had experience in this market, and who would meet our needs. Taylor met and exceeded our expectations of what we expected from a real estate agent.
