Pretty packed, not much room between lots and you have to choose if you want a yard or a parking spot because that's all you get! On the up side, people/neighbors seem okay, courteous, quiet, and mind their own business.

The insight maintenance guy seems to be way to bossy and nosey, he doesn't seem to know his place. Overstepped boundaries.
