5 WOW! If there was a place for -10 I would have picked it so for now a 1 is all I can do. After having service for almost 4 years we are cancelling our account. We were late on our payment. Yes we paid the lowest amount. We ALWAYS got it caught up though. This time they said " it is up to the driver if you are able to get your water. "He decided not to. Then he randomly comes and picks up the empty bottles. If we had known he was coming to pick those up we would've had their cooler out there too. (If you rent their cooler for 4 years at $14 a month you would've kinda though hey we probably own it by now. You don't and they will charge you $300 for it.) He left behind our bill of $123 for our owing water and $300 cooler.
Buy your cooler on Amazon for $65. Get your water anywhere else. It's like a bad break up
"Eric" is fantastic! We recently started service in Paradise and ran short of water bottles. Eric suggested how many bottles we should increase to and delivered them that day! The water is wonderful!
I'm looking for where I can bottle my own water in Chico. This one star is for their website it stinks. If they're not gonna verbally eliminate my options by saying that they only deliver, they could at least do more than put one picture up of what could be the loneliest railroad station in northern California. I was able to use pictures from aother website to get an idea that there is at least one place in Chico I can go and get water. They did not deserve a single star did they.

GREAT GREAT GREAT service. If they miss you they will return. Very accommodating. Water is so freakin awesome! Love their water cooler/ heater units. Mine went bad had a new one the next day! You guys rock!
