I order an arrangement to go around my husband's urn and she even took the measurements and still did what she wanted which was a regular round circle when I clearly told her it was a box and she even told me that she would put a styrofoam block to make sure it would fit but didn't do his flower's had to go behind his urn and then they forgot my standing flower heart arrangement and it was already time for his service to start so thank you for ruining my moments before I said goodbye to my husband
