Guys were easy to work with and had great service. Had one bad cat, and they could have easily sold me a second one, but they are very honest. I know where I'll send anyone needing exhaust work!

Good prices for the quality of work done. I showed up around noon, wanting to get a muffler delete with a straight pipe and left to get a burger, came back and it was done before 1: 30. Car sounds much better now and when I looked at what they did compared to some friends their welding job was top notch. 10/10 would recommend for any exhaust related work you want done to your car.

There is great customer service, and then there is the gold standard where you see it and it gives you hope for the world, solves your problem, and makes you want to be better in your own life an job. Matt, I'm in sales and customer service myself, all I can think is, wow, and thank you so so much for all of the time, care, and energy you put into helping resolve my insurance issues with this car. It was multifaceted to say the least, and you tackled it piece by piece while also holding your own company and the other repair shop needed accountable nearly daily. Your communication is unmatched in any field, and as a customer it felt like our issue was your own. It felt great to to check in and find out that you were not stopping until every issue was resolved to your satisfaction. I recall a moment where we felt the communication broke down a bit and we let you know and even though I'm pretty sure it was the 3rd party mechanic, you took full responsibility and the next time we called the mechanic they were top notch and made sure they were hitting your standard of excellence. It changed the whole experience for us with them. That type of commitment to excellence is nearly extinct these days, and I want you to know from the bottom of our hearts, we see all the work you put in for us, and are so grateful, and it was a privilege to experience world class service. P. S. Whatever the cost is for the catalytic converter protection, get it, get it now, even if you don't have an issue because the headache dealing with insurance and having to wait for parts etc is such a drag and I wish I had done it. Our part was on backorder from Toyota for 8 months and that part also caused other damage on our vehicle that needed to be repaired after the new cat was installed.

Came here after I woke up with my muffler stolen. You can imagine how upset I was but these guys came through for me. I appreciate their ethics and not taking advantage of a single woman who doesn't know much about cars and has to rely on the honesty of mechanics.

Pulled in at 4: 10pm for quote on a new muffler install expected for next day but said they had time at the moment. Price was right, got the flow master setup for early utility truck and at 4: 45 they were done. No fuss no muss.

This shop is solid I had a catalytic converter that was almost $4,000 from the factory and it was the only thing that I could find they were straight about the price of the catalytic converter with no markup and charged a fair labor cost. One of the technicians called me and said the O2 sensor was stripped out and they couldn't get it out the owner showed me physically what was up. I was under alotta stress and obviously not happy about the price of the part, but that was in no way there fault. They had my truck in and out in 7 hours. Great bunch of guys. Great shop I recommend highly!

Had a bad metallic vibration noise coming from what sounded like right behind the firewall on the passenger side. Afraid I was risking serious damage to my car if I kept driving it I took a shot in the dark it was exhaust related. Muffler Tech was near my work so I called on my lunch break to see if they could take a look asap. I was able to schedule a free inspection the same day. A few hours later they called me saying my vehicle was ready. A piece of the muffler heat shielding was bent and rubbing against the car. They simply bent it back and it was fixed. I tried to give them something for their trouble but they wouldn't take my money. These guys are pros who provide quality service. They were honest about an easy fix and didn't try to sell me $$$ of repairs I didn't need. If you want fair and honest muffler work, go to Muffler Tech!

Used to be a good affordable exhaust place, but now you're better off buying a bolt exhaust system cause the prices are almost the same. $800 dollars for 4 cuts and welds, I bought the direct fit bolt on system for $750. It personal choice at this point. I used to go here cause the price difference was enough to convince me but not anymore with these prices.
