If I could give this place negative stars I would! To start, they "scheduled" my mom to have a colonoscopy at Clovis Community 2 months in advance and given directions two weeks prior to start taking medications (dulcolax). My mom prepared everything and the day of the appointment we showed up and they never scheduled us! To make it worse their offices were closed for the week so we couldn't even contact them! Worse service ever, don't ever take yourself or your loved ones here.

Wow! Having dealt with this office and seeing the reviews you would think the Dr would do something about his front office.
My experience is a lot like others that have posted. When you call you hear someone pick the phone up and put the call on hold no matter what time of day I called numerous times and it is always like that in-fact one time I called and they went to put me on hold pushed the wrong button and I got thru. The girls that are running the front desk are extremely rude and unprofessional. The last time I called they did what they always do and put the call on hold so I called from my husbands phone after about 10 minutes on hold and for they way faster and they hung up the other line. Also, they called and scheduled the appointment and ran my insurance and said everything was fine and then the call me Monday for my Tuesday appointment to tell me they don’t take my insurance. I called my insurance carrier and they do this staff is just horrible.

The office staff needs to be Trained and Re-trained.my brother has been going here and they change his appointments almost all of the time without letting him know.last time he had an appointment the failed to let him know they moved. My brother has an appointment on Monday they sent a text to my brother the office told him he has a Tele medicine appointment, a consultation and a Colonoscopy all scheduled at 10: 30 am! How is this possible?
office staff does not know what they are doing especially when it comes to patient care. This will surely be addressed to the higher ups

My fiancé was referred here about 3 months ago, they've scheduled 3 appointments without her knowledge and called her later on leaving a voicemail saying she missed it, whenever she'd try to call back they'd hang-up on her after putting her on hold. I've never seen a doctors office be this incompetent with making a simple appointment, how they stay in business without patients is beyond me. She met him one time for an endoscopy and had good bedside manner, and was nice to her.

Too bad the office is a circus.

Sonya is really rude I can’t believe you have someone like this working in your office does not care about the patients. Rushes them off the phone. Very unprofessional. Please re train your staff on friendly phone etiquette.

Very rude doctor doesn't care about what you have going on in your tummy. He just rushed me and my health still in pain after 2 years. His staff is also very rude. I highly recommend a different doctor

If i could give a negative star i would! A family member waited over a month to be seen by this specialist (i use that term loosely). His appointment day came and he waited, waited and waited. He calls to find out what happened and a Front Desk person answered saying Sorry we don't take your insurance. He asks ok when did you know that you don't take my insurance? Front Desk person response.a few weeks ago. So you never bothered to call and tell me? Sorry, were really busy and hangs up. First off if your Front Desk must be rude then they shouldn't be at the Front Desk, 2nd, if your too busy to pick-up a phone and say im sorry were not taking your insurance let me point you in the right direction, then clearly that is a tell tale sign i wont be getting the care i need! This facility should be embarrassed and ashamed to brush off patients with potentially life threatening issues. You guys need to revamp your staff immediately. I should of known seeing as how this facility has received beyond horrible reviews-

Worst doctor, the only doctor in my entire life who would turn away a patient because another GI doctor tried to help me. He isn't in medicine to help people. Turning away someone with a serious health condition, which I waited for a month to call to only be told my appointment was canceled. Thanks for not letting me know. Staff could care less that they work for someone like that.
