Mullahey Ford reviews
17Richard in the service department is honest and dependable. I trust him and this is why I continue coming back here. This is only my 2nd Ford and so far, both vehicles have been very dependable.
I have owned many new vehicles and this is the best service I have ever had from a dealership and I didn't purchase my vehicle from them
Waiting room and coffee weren't the best. Most importantly though the service was fine.
Had a great experience at the service department and huge thank you to Richard at the service counter, kept me in the loop the entire repair.thank you Richard and team
I have purchased a few Fords and have had every car I’ve driven since highschool maintained at Mullahey Ford. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I trust them to service my vehicles and have had great purchasing experiences.
I went to the service department for the first time and they were very friendly and welcoming. Bronson the service advisor was very easy to talk to and extremely helpful.
Best service ever! Eric was amazing and it’s so apparent that he has a military background. Most respectful and professional demeanor ever. We will always go to Mullahey for our family vehicle needs and will be referring our friends and coworkers there as well.
If you need your Ford repaired I highly recommend talking to Richard in service. He has the best personality and makes you feel comfortable leaving your vehicle in their hands. Richard explained to me what was wrong with my vehicle and gave me the good news that it was still under warranty. I highly recommend Mullahey Ford service department. Ask for Richard
Great customer service. They don’t mess around. Bought my car from them and brought back when needed. Never went away disappointed.
We will never use Mullahey Ford again. We had a car that had repeated problems after having our car repaired there and it took over 1 year to resolve. The car was undriveable and the service technician continually denied there was an issue. We spent months going back and forth all the while, the service manager never reached out in any way. Of the almost 14 months we had issues with the undrivable car, they only provided us with rental car a small fraction of the time. Ultimately, we took it to an independent auto service shop and paid them to correctly diagnose the problem. Mullahey finally fixed the issues once it was diagnosed, but never apologized for the drawn out troubles or did they offer to reimburse us for the diagnostics. Their way of doing business of and lack of professionalism is absurd.
Pleasure to buy a car from. No sales speaks. Down home gentleman. I would definitely do business again with them.
I go out of my way to go to Mullahey Ford to have my vehicle serviced. The service advisors specifically Bronson are always great and let me know what my vehicle needs are. I never see the people actually working on the car and to be honest I wouldn’t even know if someone else drove my car because that’s how clean they keep my vehicle through the service. I know my car gets taken care of and they will let you know if you should be getting a service done or not. They’re not out to make a quick dollar out of you.
I went to get my truck’s premium maintenance performed, the package that I paid for with the car. Simply put, they acted like it was inconvenient for me to have arrived on time. In their notes, the said the only thing they found wrong was that my air filter was a bit dirty, when I use a K&N filter and cleaned it the day before (not over oiling it).
So the receipt showed me they hardly did anything, I’m not confident saying that they even changed my oil. One of the things I made sure to be replaced was my windshield wipers, but they didn’t, then they had me wait for another 10 minutes so they could print out a receipt that showed the wiper blades. I later noticed that a unique marking on my rear driver’s side tire was still on the rear driver’s side tire. I paid for the premium maintenance plant and got an oil change, probably not even using the correct oil. I’ll upload the receipts it I can find them. But this was awful service that contradicts my contract with them. I’d recommend a 10 minute oil drive through. The invoice even has the wrong oil type (I pay for synthetic not synthetic blend), and it clearly says that it was partial-complete. I’m not one who writes reviews unless they’re well deserved.
The service department has consistently done a great job, wether it’s a standard service appointment, or repair, my vehicles are handled promptly.
Thank you to Bronson for always being courteous!
Incomplete work, poor quality workmanship, left grease on the driver's seat and door panel.
Great service. Richard makes the process of getting work done on my vehicle as easy as possible. Mulahey Ford’s service pricing is close to other shops and the use oem parts.
Car sat for three weeks no follow up calls, bo explanation of my RO and details, no notification that my parts were still on order car returned filthy and low charge, seriously?
