Every town need an Irish Pub, Mulligans doesn't disappoint. They have Guinness on tap and good pub food

My boyfriend and I were celebrating our one year anniversary and we had reservations for a restaurant that night, but had a few hours before then so we popped into here to kill time and we were welcomed by such lovely employees. The waitress was sweet and the bartender actually overheard it was our anniversary so he had celebratory shots with us (: I’m not much of a drinker but I had a butterscotch shot which was delightful! Definitely returning next year! Thank you again, oh! And the spiked hot cocoa is yummy

Such a good find. I ordered the carne asada tacos, my wife ordered the Philly steak sandwich. I know what your thinking tacos at an Irish pub! Well they knocked it out of the park.

This place has awesome food and drinks. Also the staff is extremely friendly and professional! Definitely going back!

If just talk about it coldly, it's like a place that does business without understanding in general.

If you get 15 dollars for Irish coffee, it's only possible if they use more high-quality whiskey or if the amount is high.
Simply put, I don't recommend it.
I search for an Irish pub for every place I travel, and I think the serve itself is wrong with the Guiness beer here.
The kindness of the employees should be the basic place, and I think the food and drinks should taste good and be great.
I don't think most people will be satisfied.p

Cool Irish bar for a cold one. Bartender was super nice and people in bar were friendly. Prices weren't bad considering its located in Carmel by the Sea, CA

Stopped in here to have a drink while walking around town. Nice atmosphere and the staff was pleasant and timely with their revisits to the table.

I walked past this place a zillion times from my house 2 blocks away. Pegged it as a joint /bar with too much TV.and noise. Can you spell w-r-o-n-g? Mulligan's has THE BEST bar food I've ever had. The Philly Cheese Steak is almost perfect. Add a side of the au jus ($1.50) from the French Dip and it's an 11. The Stew is also the perfect dinner on a cold rainy night. The wait people are all pros, and make you feel like you're in the club. The prices are nuts, but context appropriate for the 93921. Just go, for God's sake. It's one meal out of your life.

Great food, friendly staff and patrons! The mulligans stew was profound. We ate there twice in one day. This place is a gem. Good prices, great menu and super nice people.

We visit Carmel a couple times a year. We always stop in to Mulligans. Service is amazing and staff are great! We went to watch a football game. The only open tables didn't have a great view of the TV's. Erin was fantastic. She made sure we got moved to a table with a better view as soon as one game ended and before ours started. The food and drinks were awesome and Erin made sure we never had an empty glass. It's a great atmosphere with equally great people!

I had been to Mulligans a couple of years ago for drinks but never had their food

Unfortunately, my visit for their food was less then impressive. I was actually looking forward to having the Fish and Chips but for an overpriced meal. Which incidentally; felt like an appetizer.

It was merely 2 small 5 inch long pieces of deep fried fish plopped on a large mound of overly salty, measley fries in a strange presentation that would make Gordon Ramsay use a few curse words.

To make matters worse the potatoes skins almost cost as much my Fish and Chips and I've had better potatoes skins from frozen ones by TGi Fridays that you can pick up in the frozen food section

The only redeeming value to my meal was the draft Guinness. And our friendly server.

Next time I'll pick a place that serves Real meals and not overpriced appetizers.

Great service! We only got drinks but the atmosphere lived up to the name. Football was on so it was rowdy, but I'd expect nothing less on a Sunday at 3PM.

The food was really good and the drinks were better. The staff was very attentive on a busy evening.

Good Food. Nice patio sitting with vibe of Santorini type walls. Good customer service and many nice cocktail options.

This place was fantastic. My girlfriend and I stopped by during car week and had a great meal and drink. I strongly recommend the French Dip and Onion Rings. I topped that off with a tall glass of their California Cider. The cider was amazing, you have to try it. Ill be seeing them again next year for Car Week 2023.
