I have used Murdock’s two times to move a large, fragile musical instrument. Murdock’s took great care with my instrument, arrived for pick up and delivery right on time to the performance venue and to return the instrument home. They are pleasant and helpful to work with and would recommend them for any of your moving needs.

They explained their process well, allowed me to easily make a time revision in advance, arrived and worked timely, and were professional. (We arranged for 2 movers to meet us, onsite for unloading.)

This is the 2nd time we’ve used Murdock Moving and both times they have been absolutely amazing! We’ve used several moving companies and Murdock’s is by far the best! CJ in the office is outstanding and always prompt in her replies. Adam and Anthony were our movers today and they were absolutely delightful! It’s a super cold, windy, rainy day today and they showed up with a smiles on their faces ready to go!
They pack and place items with such care and are very efficient with their time. We’ll never go anywhere else for our moving needs! Highly, highly recommended!

First time using a moving company and wished I had done so earlier; would have saved my health and sanity! C. Timely, personable and communicated every step of the way. I greatly appreciate the care they took with wrapping up each item and the time to place everything where I had placed a sticky note. HUGE thank you to Adam and Anthony because of their organization skills and speed cut the time in half and saved me a considerable amount! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a moving company.

Murdock’s moving is a highly professional moving company. I hired them to move a piano. They sent text updates about when movers would arrive. The mover’s were very professional and took great pride and care in their job. I will hire them again and would highly recommend them for all moving needs.

On time and got right to work. Even finished ahead of schedule. I've used Murdock's moving three times now including a move to Washington. A great experience every time.

They did a great job clearing all the wood from our pergola. Everyone was super friendly and got it done really quick.

David at Murdoch's Moving and Storage was thorough in his estimate for our move. We lived 2 hours away from Chico, so his estimate was based on viewing what we needed moved by taking a virtual trip through our home. David was always accessible whenever I had a question about packing, supplies, adjusting the moving dates. And his crew was amazing. Neacail, Jon, Amado and Adam wrapped our belongings carefully, worked quickly, efficiently and professionally. They were always positive and flexible. A great experience! We highly recommend this company for moving!

This was my second move with Murdock’s. As stressful as moving can be, they handled everything beautifully from estimate through completion. The movers were on time, friendly, worked quickly but carefully packing, moving, and even helped me with rug and furniture placement decisions. They even put my cat into the carrier for me. I couldn’t have asked for better service all around, and will definitely use them again.

Good experience, movers arrived on time were efficient, safe and protected the product throughout the move. Only concern were some unexpected fees for instance if you pay by credit card. Perhaps this we disclosed, but just be away. Great job and happy with the service.

These guys deserve a fabulous review. The company gave me an accurate monetary estimate, they called when they were on their way. They arrived right on time. They were personable and professional in everything that they did. They gave me some very very helpful advice on items that had been in storage for a long time. They finished the job with 15 minutes to spare and credited me for the time saved. I would classify myself as an anxious mover, and they took such good care of me and my belongings that if I could give them a rating higher than 5 stars, I would. They went to 11!
