I have a horrendous nail allergy, like blisters and boils for weeks allergy. I haven’t gotten a manicure for years because of that but have been researching organic nail bars to see if that'd be a possibility although it still makes me nervous. I went to Muse and asked them questions and they were so so kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. Emily knew her stuff, helped me figure out what I most likely am allergic too, and gave great suggestions. My nails turned out perfectly and no reaction! I’m so happy. And everyone working here was lovely, I highly recommend this place and I will be back.
The special mint and cucumber treatments were lovely. Very relaxing and tons of color options. So happy with how my nails came out!

Had a scheduling mix up at the end of the day and she could have turned us away. BUT she said to give her 30 minutes and she would get us in and offered a discount for the mishap.

Walked in at 6: 00PM on a Thursday. They close at 7: 00PM. Asked about a pedicure and the front desk asked one of the employees. She made an annoyed look and shook her head. I guess they don’t want anyone business. Really unprofessional, especially in front of a potential customer. Look elsewhere!

I had an incredible service from Imelda. She was quick and detailed at the same time. I asked some questions about nail polish options and she was knowledgeable to help me make the best decision fory pedicure.
