Very easy to deal with. I was a little nervous hiring a new insurance company up Norteh while we are in Southern California but so far it's been a breeze. They answer your call. Return your calls if they don't know the answer right away and they always check in on us to make sure we are satisfied. USAA never did that.

I have a simple renter's policy with this agency, it's not the fact that it's simple, it's the fact that how they treat me like a king handle their business for you in such a kind fast manner that keeps me coming back. Plus I feel good I'm under the Allstate umbrella and I really do feel like I'm in good hands at the agency level.

Allstate is terrible. Totally automated systems. Humans very few and very far between. Never spoken to anyone at the business, just assigned me an agent. The one time I had to call because the claims dept was not responding they transferred me back to the automated system. TRASH
