Brad is the absolute best! My 2.5yo daughter went from practically no water safety skills to being able to swim float swim distances 2-3x her length — all in six weeks. From the first lesson, he had her comfortable taking a breath and going under water, which was entirely new to her. Before this class, she was never comfortable laying on her back in the water and on her last day, she said floating was her favorite part of swimming. The peace of mind that this class gave me and my husband is worth every penny and then some. We would highly recommend My Baby Swims to anyone interested in helping their child learn to swim and be safe in the water. We will be back next year!

My 18 month old took isr lessons from Brad. It was a serious commitment, but totally worth it. Brad was so good with my daughter. He was patient, instructive, and consistent. As one little student after us would repeat, Brad is “gentle” with his students even as he requires difficult things from them. Brad helped calm my worried momma heart when I would hear my baby cry. He explained that the cry would change to a whine and then stop. That is exactly what happened. By week 5 the cries and whines turned into smiles and confident swimming. The skills Brad taught my daughter of swim, roll, float, roll and swim to the wall or steps are life saving and worth every penny. I’ve never seen anything like it. I literally watched a miracle unfold before my eyes. Brad’s skills are highly specific and not easily replicated. It was a blessing to find him. Brad also taught us how to continue helping our child be successful in our pool at home, and we are now having so much fun. I recommend Brad to any parent looking to have their child instructed in the isr method. He was worth the 25 minute drive each way for a 10 minute lesson five days a week for six weeks.

Brad is amazing! My 5 year old went from clinging and crying to fouling cannonballs very quickly! He gained confidence and so did I. Worth every Penny for this peace of mind of my child near a pool

This was truly a remarkable experience for my 3 year old. She was swimming after the 1st 3 days! Coach Brad is so patient and kind and a great swim teacher! If you are thinking about swim class for you kids look no more this is it!

We absolutely loved our time with Brad! He is incredibly skilled working with babies, toddlers and older kiddos. Our 14 month old was floating all on her own within a few weeks and we are so thankful. Every family should get their babies and kids in ISR and Brad is the perfect instructor to teach them water survival skills. We are looking forward to continuing lessons with him in the future.

My son (3.5) learned so quickly with Mr. Brad's approach to ISR. He tailored his needs to his six week session and for that we are so grateful. Six weeks ago my son was fearful putting his head under the water, wore a chest float, and did not like going under. Today, we all went swimming as a family, he let go of the wall, swam, float, and swam to us in the middle of the pool. It is a true joy to witness the transformation he has underwent with Mr. Brad's great skills and world class attitude.

We just finished our first session with our 20 month old and we can't wait for the next one! I am SO IMPRESSED with how much progress our little one made in 6 weeks (the last two weeks especially!). Hang in there mamas if your little one cries because one day a switch goes off and they realize they love it. We went from crying for mama during the first half to laughing and swimming the rest of the weeks. Coach Brad is so patient and caring with each kid and knows how to quickly gain their trust in the water. He adjusts each class for the child's personality and mood for the day so they are able to be nudged out of their comfort zone enough for them to learn but not so much that they become scared. We would stay at the pool and watch a few lessons each day and it was incredible to see each kid's progress. We saw an 18 month old become stronger and more confident in the water during her second round of lessons and a 6 month old smiling and floating for minutes without any assistance. I will be starting my second baby at 6 months and I highly recommend ISR and Coach Brad to everyone I meet. There is nothing more important than water safety and I feel so lucky to have found out about this program and Coach Brad through our good friends.

MyBabySwims is the best program and I recommend it to anyone for water safety, but also as a great activity for your child to build confidence and gain experience. The instructors are so knowledgeable and nice. My 16 month old progressed from crying when she started to literally running to her instructor with a huge smile on her face. Brad and his team are amazing. I looked forward to taking my daughter every day. I am looking forward to her next session.

I am the Caregiver of a past student that belonged to Brad’s swim lessons! I was responsible for taking her to every lesson and watched my kiddo excel in this type of swim class! Prior to Mr. B, we were in your average Mommy and Me swim classes where it was truly acclimating her to the new environment. However, Brads approach is different in the regard of truly teaching young children the skills in how to be self sufficient in the water and rescue themselves in the event of an accident. Regardless of the child’s emotions being intense, they still retain the lesson and understand through external cues and repetition on how to swim from point A-B. This class is so much more effective than the basic swim lessons!

We signed up my grandson (7 mo old) for ISR classes with Brad at Baby Swims. Best decision ever! Brad was so patient with him and taught him to float and rollover from a fall into the pool. The work Brad does with little ones is amazing! He’s saving lives! Highly recommend Brad for ISR and swim lessons for your little ones.

I was a little hesitant in the beginning with this new experience. But after a few days seeing how my sons little sad face and little bit of crying lessened, he calmed down in a short few days and thanks to Brad, he was calm the entire time from beginning to end. That gave me some comfort. And then seeing how my baby would smile at Brad towards the end of sessions, made this experience so worth it! I trusted Brad with my son in the water and knew that he had a hold on him the entire time. My son loved every moment of it. He would cry a little bit with new tricks but then got super confident after a few times doing the tricks and floated like it was nothing. I believe he just wanted to swim instead of float by the end of sessions. My baby started this program at 6 months and ended when he turned 8 months old. All before crawling, or getting any teeth in. My son definitely grew his confidence slowly in the beginning and by the end he was taking swim like he’s done it his entire little life. I can’t wait to go back in almost a year for him to start swimming with Brad again. ISR is a great introduction to get your littles used to the water.
