My Boutique Alterations, Upland CA

Went in to see if my dress could be taken in, I was trying to explain to the seamstress the reason why I felt like the dress needed the alternation and she asked me why didn’t I just get it altered where I bought it from which was David’s Bridal I explained to her that it would take too long and she said everyone tells her the same thing and because it would be cheaper she sounded offended and that was not the case. She complained the whole time she was trying to figure out if she could take the r dress in and she said no she kept asking if I needed it trimmed I kept telling her no and she said “ tell me because that’s too much work”. The customer service was hostile.
