My Choice Software, Lake Forest CA

I placed an order for a software license that the website stated would be sent within 4hrs (weekend purchase). It was NEVER sent. I sent an email to customer service and they were quick to respond and supposedly completed a request to have it "resent". When after 8 hours I STILL did not receive the email, I requested a refund. I was told they would process the refund, but they have to deduct 15% of the costs for the validation process. Umm, WHAT? You have to validate that you didn't send me the software TWICE? THIS IS A SCAM! Place your order for software directly with the manufacturer!

The prices are excellent, the website is easy to use and informative, the cart is also easy to use, customer service and support in superior to most companies I've dealt with - they make everything so easy!

This was a straightforward purchase, a smooth download and an installation without any glitches. My Choice Software did a great job, thanks!

I ordered an activation key for Microsoft Windows 10. I received the key via e-mail along with a complete set of instructions with how to download the SW from Microsoft. Everything worked, my newly built computer is up and running with W10. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommended.

I have purchased several programs from My Choice Software in recent years for various computers in our office. Their web interface is excellent, allowing me to compare various programs. The purchases were easily accomplished. The prices are always reasonable. The downloads were quick and uneventful. The installation instructions were also helpful. They also have excellent phone support available to assist in installation and activation. I could not ask for a better source for software especially Microsoft Office as well as other apps.

I purchased Microsoft Office which should take about 1/2 hr to receive according to their site. Instead, after many enquiries, they said they didn't have it in stock, but would next week. Now I'm waiting for a refund. How would a software provider not have this Microsoft product waiting in a server to distribute when someone purchases.
