My Hanh Restaurant, South El Monte CA

I went in Monday to place a to go order egg noodles separate soup. First impression of the noodle looked pink and it smell like vinegar. I took a first bite and it was sour. I've never had experience with any other Vietnamese restaurant ordering this particular items but this restaurant made it different.went back in and said this is the correct item I ordered. The lady said ok, I'll change it for you. Then she asked if I ate it already? I said I took a bite that's I know it taste awful.she then said I can't change it for you because you ate it. I paid $14 for this meal. I left mad never will I return bad service. I'm not sure if they were going to resell it if I hadn't ate.

Inexpensive pho and always good food.
May not greet you like a fancy restaurant but solid good food.
Great for a quick bite or with friends.
Not for romantic dinner.

Friendly and quick service. They've got a huge selection of Vietnamese cuisine like broken rice, pho, vermicelli, etc. Free drinks too with a couple selections. I like their broken rice the most and their steamed tiny rice stick thing with egg rolls. To me the egg rolls are great, they may look smaller than a typical stuffed egg roll, but something about it makes me enjoy theirs the most. My family and I have been coming here since forever. I like staring at their fish in the aquarium.

Yummy mom and pop shop. Good prices and large portions! I like their broken rice dishes.

Always remember during the COVID 19 pandemic, they were the first Vietnamese restaurant in San Gabriel Valley brave enough to open for dine in, while still following strict social distancing guidelines.

I love this place! They prepare great meals, their menu is decent, The cook in that spot is a specialist, I enjoy very much eating all their dishes. The dishes are always tasty, the service towards the clients is very good too. I often eat in this place and I was never disappointed. Highly recommended.
