My Hero Subs, San Bernardino CA

Sandwiches are Amazing here but the restaurant (if you can call it that) It’s self is TRASH. So when I do eat there I have to close my eyes and imagine an establishment with an owner that cares. By the way customers service gets ZERO starts. Never had an issue but the only thing that keeps this place alive is the sandwiches. Not the so called service or the facility (They are a joke in those categories)

Unfortunately for me I've never tried their sandwiches. My car broke down in front of the restaurant several years back. I asked to use the phone to call AAA and an employee happily handed me the phone. I will admit the AAA client was having a hard time finding my account so my phone call was taking a little long. Someone, (who I assumed to be the owner of the establishment) assumed I was playing around on the phone and yelled at me in front of everyone "GET OFF MY PHONE, YOU ARE MESSING WITH MY MONEY AND I DON'T PLAY WITH MY MONEY! " She proceeded to try and snatch the phone from me. Maybe I was wrong to back up from her since it was her phone, but the way she came at me was wrong. She even started asking someone that bring her bat. She wanted to beat me with a bat! If I was white I don't think she would have treated me that way.

Love this place their subs beat subway and don't break the bank. Also they have more unique sub sandwiches

Was stopping by and saw this place. Hole in the wall. Just love the whole feel of it.

My hero subs has the BEST subs in the IE! The place is a hole-in-the-wall business. But the look adds more to the taste and the great smell of cold cuts when you enter. I SUPER recommend My Hero subs!

This place doesn't look the fanciest but the sandwiches speak for themselves, simply amazing sandwiches. I get treated right every time I come, great prices 2 bucks for a 6 inch turkey sandwich is more than fair great ingredients the dressing is nice tangy and flavourful the bread is top notch, no cheap cheese gets used either, just an unforgettable flavor, will continue to be a loyal customer I love this place 10 outta 10

Very good grinders and pasta salads. They definitely don't skimp on the meats. There price's are very fair as well. Definitely recommend.

I haven't been here for two years and my boyfriend and I stop by for a bite to eat. It's just how I remembered it, amazing! If you haven't try this place out yet, you should once you have the chance! ️

Do you want the best sandwich in town you have to come here can't compare this to Subway at all this is way better.

Best sandwiches on the Peninsula and it's not even close. The only negatives about this place is the line and the way they shuttle customers in and out. It is very inefficient but the quality of their product is worth the hassle.

It is the best little sub shop. The people are friendly and the art on the wall are the subs is are like your eating at home. If you have not been there go and get the dirty girl sub

Just don't expect nice customer service. Not rude but not welcoming either.

I come here once a year when in town. Always order the same fresh tuna with bacon and avocado. Perfect combo! But today my subs tuna serving was not as usual.pretty skimpy on the portion in this trip.

This is the best sandwich shop in the Berdino. Family owned and operated since as long as I have been going there. Try the Dirty Girl sandwich it's my favorite!

Just found this place and bought a few subs for the family and there is one word to describe this place "AMAZING". We will be back.

The sandwiches are amazing they have a sandwich for $2 which is a good deal and they" also have different types of variety and the man that's behind everything makes it look like artwork great Vibes girl behind the counter is professional down to earth people can't believe their sandwiches R amazing.this is my number one spot and got Inland Empire I will never stop having my lunch here.make sure to purchase a piece of art work while you're there.

As always My Hero #2 was fantastic! The staff is friendly and professional. No one can compete with the food, if you have not tried My Hero #2 you need to make your way to San Bernardino and try a sandwich.
