My Hero Subs & Pub, Phelan CA

Came with my family to eat on Saturday 10/15/2022. Location was not open per website at 8am. Owner showed up 30 minutes late and told me we changed our hours last week. Owner glared at me because I asked why the website was not reflecting the hours. We really wanted to eat here but this does not seem like a family friendly restaurant

The best pizza subs and the best Italian sausage subs in the high desert.
Quinn, very courteous and always knows what I want before I order. She's the best.
I'm very happy that they open earlier now, I can get my breakfast and I don't have to wait till 10: 30 to get it.

We love this place always top when we are in town! Buffalo Chicken sandwich and poppers are the best!

I have been to this place many times. They are always rude. They seem not to be able to handle a lunch rush. Always under staffed.

Best place to stop after the long drive from LA for a bite to eat and a drink.
The bartenders are great and friendly.

Ordered the chicken bacon ranch sub, fries and mozzarella sticks. The sub had two chicken strips that had no chicken and the little in it was dry. The fries were mushy and the mozzarella sticks were chewy. Excuse me while I run to the bathroom now, and I will not be running back to Hero Subs.

Excellent sandwiches! Delicious all around. Great customer service, very friendly staff. Come for a beer, come for a sandwich, come enjoy a great atmosphere. Great experience.

Terrible food! Boneless wings bought from McDonald’s dipped in sauce and sold. Subs you can tell are old, little to no meat on them. Fries are soggy, and bland. Not to mention they almost killed me by putting onions on my sub when I clearly said no onion due to my onion allergy, just awful. You get what you pay for.

So delicious! Everything we have tried has been great! Salads are huge and delicious. Turkey Bacon Avocado sandwich is my favorite. Meatball sub is tasty and my their chicken strips and fries are delicious as well. Clean and friendly staff. All around great place.

Great people work here! Amazing food and great beer on tap! Would definitely recommend and will be back soon!

My favorite place to have a beer and get some food. I come here several times when I'm in town. I would highly recommend eating here or at least stopping in and having a beer.

This spot constantly delivers. They serve fantastic food for convenient pricing, there is no waiting time even when they are packed.

My friend invited for a few beers and The staff was very welcoming great customer service, and the mozzarella sticks are delicious.
