Beware of doing consignment business with this store. It's not worth the time, trip or effort.

The worst experience, they are taking advantage of the customers. They give you whatever they feel like for the items. I took in 2 items brand new with tags on. Their value was approximately $380. They gave me $43. They were not able to show me what the items were sold for. I talked to 4 employees and they were not able to provide a clear explanation of how they got to that amount. They just said that one of the items that had the price tag $280.00 sold for under 60. Again, the item was brand new with tags on. They had nothing in the system showing “the item was put on the floor at this price”. They are scamming people, I am sure the items sold for more than what they stated and they keep more than what they tell the customer. They are dishonest and disappointing.

I recently visited this consignment store with my sister in search of a gift for her. She found a dress and we proceeded to the cashier for payment. As I was handing over the cash, I noticed damage on the corner of the dress right at the register. My sister decided she didn't want the damaged dress, so I kindly informed the cashier that we had changed our minds.

To my disbelief, the cashier insisted that all sales were final and refused to refund my money, even though I was still at the cash register! Things escalated quickly as the cashier called a security guard who seemed to be under the influence of marijuana. Instead of resolving the issue, he aggressively asked us to leave the store and attempted to push us out.

Left with no choice, I called 911 for assistance because we felt very unsafe. Thankfully, the police arrived and helped us get our money back, but not a single apology was offered by the store staff. The entire experience was tainted by the unprofessional behavior of the teenagers and the security guard on duty, who also appeared to be high on marijuana run away before the cops came.

I strongly advise against shopping at this consignment store, as you may encounter damaged items and disrespectful staff who are more interested in causing trouble than providing a positive experience.

Not really a thrift store: a curated "vintage"/designer store but with the smells and vibe if a normal thrift store at non thrift prices

Closed early on a rainy day. Rushed out of work and had time to spare and was actually sent away because the girls decided to close early. How is that okay? They blamed it on being short staffed, but the girl that would have looked at the inventory literally held the door open as I went in.

I left couple od thousands wort of clothes. Never got any tracking for it and have no idea how they sold it and for what price. Picked up check twice at the store, and was told to call in when I want another check, because I told them that I'm moving.
Today I called to ask for them to send me my check and they told me they can't do that from the store, and to call billing line. Billing line told me they don't have people to work there this week. What? !

Call back the store, where two extremely rude ladies didn't give me any immediate solution about my money.

I would never, ever do any business with these people again. If they can write a check at the store, but can't drop it in mail or send direct deposit, I don't know how they can do this kind of business in 2022. My money should be sent to me the day I ask for it. This is unbelievable.
