Fantastic company!
Everything was first rate from start to finish. Met with Mike to discuss replacing French doors. After inspecting the doors needing to be replaced, Mike showed my wife and I several manufacturers / styles ranging in price. Once we decided on the door style, Mike placed the order and let us know when he would expect them to arrive. Mike suggested an install date 2 months in the future to ensure enough time for the doors to arrive. During this time, Mike also helped by referring a local painter to match our existing exterior doors with new doors. Every email and text sent to Mike with questions was answered within a couple of hours. The doors arrived a week before the install and were installed on the exact day that Mike scheduled 2 months earlier. The installation crew showed up 15 minutes before the scheduled time to get ready. The doors were installed in 1 day and look amazing. During the install, Mike and Woody came by to inspect the job in progress and to ask if everything was ok. After the crew left, I notice there was a slight issue with the weather stripping being pinched by the doors. Called Mike and he responded immediately to say the crew would be back the next day. The install crew and their supervisor came by right on time. After inspecting the stripping, they noticed that it needed to be tucked in and checked both doors to make sure they closed flush. Heriberto let me know to contact him if there are any problems with the doors no matter how small. I've been a home owner for almost 30 years and it's really a pleasure doing business with a company like this.
If you are looking for door or window replacement services, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

We’ve used them twice. The first was a small job and they performed well. The second a large job a bit disastrous. In the end, Windsor, the manufacturer had to come out because Window Solutions “claimed” it was a warranty issue.

The truth was, the doors were not installed properly. The hardware was all mismatched, brass, silver, gold. Two different colors on the weather stripping, one per door, lol. They were hung incorrectly and lop-sided. Large gaps showing where the door met the frame and Window Solutions adamantly blamed Windsor. They said “we’re just installing what what was sent to us. ” But really, mismatched hardware? They used brass and gold and silver, all different colors because they said “the manufacturer sent the wrong items. ” So they just went ahead and installed hardware that didn’t match and hoped we wouldn’t notice? And weatherstripping! You didn’t think two weather strips on doors right next to each other needed to match? I mean, maybe they did send the wrong ones, but why install them?

We asked to see what the issues were when the Windsor sent their guys out about three months after the doors were installed. That’s how long we had no use of doors. He hesitantly allowed us to see that only about one in four needed screws were used all around the frame. And explained that most the issues with the doors not shutting and or locking were because they only used a few screws where several were clearly marked to be used. The doors were barely hanging, which was one of the many reasons they wouldn’t close properly OR lock properly.

Four times before the manufacturer came out, Window Solutions came out to attempt to “fix the multitude of issues” but each time they “accidentally had the wrong parts. ” Truly disastrous and VERY expensive. It took months and months to have properly working doors! And I mean, we could NOT use the doors. They said, “don’t open these or they won’t close again. ”

I’m was terribly disappointed.

UPDATE:
I changed my rating from one star to three after reading you reply, however I would like it to be considered that the doors were hung by Window Solutions using temporary screws about 1/3 the length of the intended screws, which largely contributed to the doors not aligning correctly with the frame. They also only used two screws per every four the installation called for. Once that issue was corrected by the Windsor rep (I literally stood there and watched) and four regular size screws were used everywhere four screws were called for, the doors all finally aligned properly and the lock worked. This is where we concluded it was not warranty issue but rather an installation issue. I watched the process.

And I understand that Window Solutions only installed what was sent to them by Windsor. I also understand that all of these issues could have been easily resolved by Window Solutions. Everything from the screws to the weather stripping could have been quickly dealt with. Waiting months and months for functional doors due to screws is a little silly. Perhaps Window Solutions could have paid for full size screws and weather stripping instead of making their repeat customer wait months for the manufacturer to bring said items out, claiming it was a malfunction in the doors.

AND, since I'm taking the time to reply to you, I'd like to also share Window Solutions lost a door completely. SO we ordered four doors for one room and one for another and they lost the solo door. Never to find it. They confirmed it was received, told us they accidentally brought it to wrong job and then after weeks and weeks of us bugging them about where the door was, they finally admitted they lost it all together. SO maybe they just lost the screws and weather stripping as well? Who knows. We never got that door installed as it took months to get it in the first place only to be lost. We chose not to start the process over again.

I thank you for your reply and the invitation to discuss, but we've already spoken to you about all of this and the outcome was as stated above.
