10Was just asked if I wanted to try it. The Tech already had remote access for another software issue I had. He proceeded to install and run it when I was still asking how long it took and how much it cost. I was infuriated that he installed and ran software on my machine without permission. I had to restart my computer and manually uninstall it.hopefully I got it uninstalled without a backdoor or other malicious intent. I am considering a system restore now even though another agent assured me it was safe. How upsetting as I watched my usernames and document names appearing on my pc while he was remoted into my system. I feel violated.
I was given a complete summary of the problems with my PC and the limitations of a tune up for a computer this old. The technition was very professional and courteous.

I had a five-star experience actually I had a 10-star experience but your stars don't go that high. Rain with my customer service or my technical support person and he is very professional he was accurate and telling me how to fix the problem I was having with my keyboard and my screen. I hope if I were to need more technical support I would be able to be contacted by him. He's an asset to your company.
Today I was lucky. Although my computer was attacked by a scammer pretending to be Microsoft, instead of calling the number he/she provided on the screen I called Iolo premium support. I had to suffer a little bit listening to the marketing pitch of a guy which had such bad pronunciation that I was guessing what he was saying and not understanding him. Finally, however, I got support from Josh. It was the best support I ever received from US Tech Support. He made a comprehensive clean up of my computer. I enjoyed working with him and talking to him. I appreciated his professionalism, manners, and perfect English. I hope I receive similar quality of support in the future.
I was working on my computer when suddenly I was pulled to a site that I never tried to seek and then I started getting alarming messages. I immediately contacted my support group and they were able to get to the root of the problem and get my computer virus free and working again. I am so grateful for them and their expertise, courteousness and knowledge in helping me get usage of my computer back. Thank you.
1. Technical support is very good.
2. Account information is difficult to obtain. You can obtain this info by contacting an agent. However, would be much easier for the user to be able to sign into one's account and see a complete record of products purchased, date of transaction, and dollar amount. Similar to examining your bank account info, credit card charges, history of on-line purchases from a vendor, etc.
3. It is for this reason, lack of easy access to complete account info, that I cannot rate higher than 2 stars.
Spent an hour on the phone saying no to this service. I was a CleanmyPC customer for 5 years. I am cancelling all of it! Erika would not accept my NO I'm not interested. Could not just hang up as she had control of my PC fixing my clean my PC software. NEVER AGAIN!
