I receive Pellecome TRT at MySkin. The staff is always friendly and made me feel at ease about this treatment. Breanna is knowledgeable on issues regarding hormone imbalances and was able to put many of my concerns to rest. I've also followed her suggestions for lifestyle changes and have seen tremendous results in my energy, mood, and overall well-being. The pellet insertion itself is a quick procedure that was painless in my experience.

Absolutely disappointing place, I really don't know how they have a 5 star review. I was referred to Elizabeth and this location and figured I'd give them a try as this was one of the few spas offering Daxxify and I was eager to try it. First, let me say, don't waste your money on this product, at $16-$18 a unit, it's not worth it the least bit. Stick to Botox or dysport, works the same, and actually is a bit weaker. I hardly saw any results and when I reached back out asking if I'd have to pay for my "follow up" touch up, they simply never replied. Great professionalism. I have kept photos weekly and seen very minimal results, it's been close to a month. Second, Elizabeth is extremely difficult to work with. I understand she's the "professional" and does this day in day out, however, I know my face and skin best, she didn't seem to think so. She disagreed with everything I had explained about how my face reacts to Botox and to be honest, I think she diluted the product. She left the room to mix it, I've never had someone leave to mix the product, they typically do it right there in the room. I found that very suspicious and should have mentioned it then. She also refused to see me for a touch up before the full 3 weeks she claimed it took for Daxxy to fully set in. Total BS, my eyes look exactly the same in 3 weeks as they did after the first week! She was very condescending and doesn't know how to listen to her clients needs. I would never recommend this hole in the wall to anyone! I wish I could get a full refund as it's highly likely I didn't get the full units I actually paid for.

I have been going to MySkin for about 10 years! Marichelle and all the staff are wonderful…. The services are top notch. I always leave my appointments refreshed and revived!

Always a great experience here. I’ve been to a few other medical spas and MySkin is by far my best experience. I’ve been coming to My Skin for years- they are all professional and make the best recommendations for my skin and whatever is currently going on with it. I have had several types of facials here & you can’t beat the member pricing on Botox! Elizabeth is great for injections and IPL and Dana is my favorite for a Hydrafacial but I seriously think everyone on the staff is great!
