I have had nothing but great experiences here! Every person that works here has an upbeat and positive attitude. The front desk girls are awesome. Every esthetician and rn that work there are so knowledgeable and make your experience as comfortable and pain free as possible. Josh is the king of Botox and injectables. I love that they never push anything extra on you. No gimmicks, no stress. They have an amazing Spa Night they hold twice a year where they offer great discounts on all my favorite services. It is where I stock up on services for the following months. If you’re on the fence about visiting a Med spa, take the leap and go here. Your face (and body) will thank you!

SUCH an amazing office! From the front staff to the RNs, everybody was so kind and helpful! & they are handling the COVID situation so well. I felt like everything was clean and safe and taken care of! Glad I found Mystique and can’t wait to go back! Shelby and Courtney were exceptionally great!

I really like the services and products offered at Mystique. I have had dark spots on my face for 10 years now and have tried many products to remove them and nothing really worked. I heard about the chemical peels and products used at Mystique and was willing to try. After my first chemical peel and using the hydroquinon pads, I saw results. I have received complements on how my skin looks smoother and brighter. Thank you, Courtney, for recommending the right dosage. Special thanks to Sienna, my esthetician, who does an amazing job pampering my skin. All the staff members have been great. I highly recommend Mystique.

This place is FANTASTIC! Courtney was just FABULOUS in caring for my needs. She is so kind, caring, and compassionate! She made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. And Sylvia made sure my follow up date worked well with my schedule and was very kind and helpful. I just hope that if anyone is considering having any treatments, that you decide to go to Mystique. Amazing place! Josh does such a great job as an injector. He is soooo good at what he does. Also the facial girl Sierra is awesome! Please if you are thinking of getting anything go here they really listen to you.

Great place been going here for 4 years on and off. Best time is when they have their bi yearly specials. You can prepay and use when ever you feel like it. Awesome services provided here.

I love Mystique! I started coming to their office many years ago, but had some personal health issues that required me to stop treatment for a while. I recently returned and couldn't be happier! They got a new laser hair removal machine since I was last there, and I LOVE it! All the girls here are wonderful, especially the office manager Sylvia (I remembered her from my visits years ago) You won't be sorry after doing your treatments at this office! HIGHLY recommend.

I wanted to try somewhere new to get my Botox done since I wasn’t happy at the last place I went. The girls at the front desk made the process so easy. I saw Shelene for my Botox and I am so happy with my results. I was nervous about getting too much at first due to the experience at another office but i voiced my concerns and she made me feel at ease. I can’t wait to stock up on Botox for the year at The event coming up!

Had an adverse reaction to one of their treatments. Instead of calling on ambulance or having someone evaluate me they asked me to simply sit in a chair until the symptoms went away. Im still facing the pain associated with the injury. Be careful they are all sunshine when it comes to taking your money but they have no consideration or compassion when something happens. They will simply try to save their own butts. I wish I had called an ambulance at that time so there could have been a record of my injury linked to them. I have never ever in my life had these problems until I received treatment. I immediately told them something was wrong and they failed to have me assessed by a provider or help me in any way.

I wish I was in a position in my life where I could make them answer for what happened to me. Unfortunately, that takes power and money.

Please don't get into health care, even the spa aspect of it, if you do not have a heart. I have worked in the medical field for a long time and we always put the patient first before worrying about how the repercussions of the events might impact our office.

Each staff member is sincere and courteous every time I visit. I never feel self conscience about my treatments or pressured to purchase additional services. Courtney addresses every concern I have and never makes me feel like I am a nuisance. I will never go anywhere else and I have done my research.this spa is the BEST!

Joshua was great! My mother went in for Botox treatment and was 110% satisfied with everything from the initial consultation to the final injection! Would recommend to anybody looking for any treatment!
