I had worked in various jewelry stores, but this one has the worst return/exchange policy. Better be familiar with it, before you go there to make a purchase. I received the ring as a gift, that was sized, but decided to exchange it for something else. There was no flexibility or will to work with the customer. I didn’t want the money back, just the store credit or exchange. Not possible.

Bought our lovely levian chocolate diamond engagement ring here. Loved the service, good price and they clean it any time we come through the mall, for free. Would definitely go back and love the selection and quality.

While in Hawaii we purchased his and her rings. Mine was a new design, actually flexible diamonds.
Well it broke after 2 weeks. They said, so sorry. Then when my husbands ring finally came, 6 weeks later, it was the wrong size. He took it that day to the store in roseville, the "so sorry" people and they charged him 60 dollars and another 5 weeks. Still not sized correctly, they were going to recharge him again. We went to our regular jeweler and they ended up fixing your mistake for free. Unhappy experience. Never again.

Ended up here while looking for a setting for a pearl and Kortnie was very helpful in finding solutions and options for us. Everyone is friendly and knows their products well!

Lovely staff and jewelery. The jewelery you find here is not going to be the same as the other shops in the mall. Come here if you are looking for something different and more worth your money. I would definitely recommend Na Hoku over most other jewelery stores.
