Bought some 14k gold opal earrings from Na Hoku. They weren't super expensive, but they weren't cheap either. They were my favorite and I wore them daily. Picked them up one day and noticed that the opal had flaked off. Who knew it was just a thin layer? Anyhow, I took them in for warranty repair. After several months, they returned them to me un-repaired. Apparently since the vendor they used to source the earrings was out of business, I was also out of luck. They still sell something similar (but more expensive earrings). What good is a lifetime warranty if a jeweler can't figure out how to repair the jewelry? Just disappointed in the warranty.

My wife and I came in to Na Hoku last week, and was greeted warmly with Aloha! We knew that we were in the right place! Miranda greeted us with her name, asked us what we were looking for, we told her a necklace for our granddaughter. Miranda was very helpful, and was very gracious, she asked what we were looking for, we told her a necklace for our granddaughter, not only did she provide excellent customer service, she explained the significance of every pendant, and what it meant to the Hawaiian culture, we rummage through 6 different pendants, and finally picked the wave, with a white gold necklace. Before going to Na Hoku, we visited, Macy's, Nordstrom's, Kay jewelers, Ben Bridge, they had absolutely no selection at all, Na Hoku all the selection you need, and more. Our experience with Miranda was second to none, she listened to our request before uttering a word. Rarely do you ever come across a sales person like Miranda. Miranda did not try and up sell you for a bigger sale, she only showed all options which prices varied. Kudos to the owners, and management, and of course Miranda!

I hate to give bad reviews, but my mom and I visited this store on 5.27. Mom was looking for anklet.
Before unlocking the jewelry cabinet, the sales associate asked my mom to pull down her face mask to take a photo! I thought long and hard about this interaction.
THIS WAS WRONG AND DISCRIMINATORY!
My mon joked it off, but she was highly offended and told my relateves at dinner. Everyone was shocked to hear how we were treated. I shop high end malls and boutiques during the pandemic and never asked to be photographed.

I thought about suprising my mom with an anklet, but no way am I stepping foot in this establishment anywhere!

Very unfriendly staff, terrible experience, not returning here. They were very abrasive with me about wanting to weigh jewelry pieces to find out what I was buying.

Beautiful lines of jewelry. Purchased a few Christmas gifts. Faloma at the fashion valley store took excellent care of us.
