Naan 'N' Curry reviews
18I love Indian food but they have the worst Naan. It’s too thick, I can’t even chew. Even if you gave their Naan to a Crocodile, it will have hard time chewing.
Some of the best Indian food I have had in quite awhile.and it's right in the food court!
I always came here on my days after work for some chicken tikka masala combo deal. Best deal ever and every time i go they remember my order and me too. The cashier is very friendly and the workers are working very hard and they deserve a smile every now and then. Love the food friendly staff. 11/10
Chicken Tikka only comes with three cubed inches of chicken and should not cost anywhere near 8 dollars
1st time try the Kuna (lamb leg) 13.50$
Due, lamb curry is my favour.
Friend said Kuna r the best, do try.
It was good n worth, BUT, curry was 2 watered.
Try to ask, if it is possible to have curry lamb 's curry with Kuna.
No can do.
Ai!
So disappointed
From the past pictures, looks like the portions were a lot bigger. Ordered the chicken curry.only 4 pieces of bony chicken.plain rice is extra. Not too impressed tbh.
Got lamb biryani. Food is great as usual but I was surprised to see that they make the Biryani by simply mixing ready made plain white rice and ready made curry by tossing them together in a frying pan. That is NOT the authentic way to make Biryani but still tastes good though
We were honestly surprised. The food was above average and was very similar to my wife's home-cooked Indian meals. I ordered the lamb curry and she ordered the chicken tikka and we both were pleased. If we're back at Serramonte, we may just visit again.
It used to be better. I don't know what happened but my favorite Palak Paneer tasted totally different. Less buttery, less flavorful. I wonder what menu's still good.
We ordered paneer tikka masala and roti.
The curry didn’t even taste as tikka masala and it tasted tangy. They just packed the roti in a brown cover without a plate.
Will not recommend this place.
I love this place! Cheap food and taste great!
I love the chicken biriyani here. The chicken is moist and packed with flavors. I have tried many different Indian places and most have dried chicken that is just awful. And majority of them are more expensive then this place!
The Bengan bartha is also very good here. Although it lacks that smokey taste, it is still worth it for the price.
We have been going here for a while and now, Naan n curry is our to go place when crave Indian food! Best lamb tikka masala in town. The menu comes with lots of selections and we have tried many items there! Combos are great but we prefer separate plates as it comes with more curry and meat! I find this place a catch because the food is delicious, fresh, economic, and the staff are friendly! The manager now remembers us and our frequent order as we are recurrent customers!
Good sized portions. Containers for curry are good for takeout or eating at the mall. Good choice for meal at the mall.
Poor packaging, won’t even give you a tray if you order rice and curry together. Rice comes in a cheap takeout box and costs $2.25 extra.
Food is absolutely tasty! The spiciness is just right. Last past few visits, have been a hit or miss with the spiciness factor. Thinking some folks are complaining it's too spicy, not enough, etc. I say keep true to your recipe, its really good in comparison to other over priced fluff n stuff out there. This has been our go to place when we come and visit every weekend. Some folks have taco Tuesday, we have naan n curry Sunday.
Best Indian place to eat. Excellent food and service, employees and management's are very pleasant friendly and helpful and very respectful. I have tried indian dishes in many place. Can't beat naan and curry in DalyCity serramonte. They are the best. Prices are very reasonable than other places. Food is very tasty. I will give the company in Serramonte Dsly City naan and curry many more FIVE STARS and recommend everyone who haven't tried their food to eat there.find out for yourself what great tasting delicious food they have.
I went there on Sunday as I wanted to eat Indian food from restaurant (although I cook everyday Indian food). It really break up my heart as it was very bad food.no spices in Butter paneer masala and Chana masala and quantity was very little. And the naan was half cooked very bad as it seemed sourdough.
And above all the attitude/ behavior of the owner was very bad.
I never recommend to anyone.
That's my experience but I don't know about anyone.
For the price I pay, the potions are too small! I would rather cook it myself than spend money on something that won’t feel my stomach. It’s highly unfair to receive such small portions for this price. Idk of any other place offering such small portions at this high prices.
