I've been coming to Guru for some years now and I have always loved them! Their customer service is great, they always find a way to accommodate me, and their work always lasts! I always leave happy Alisa did my nails today and I am in love with my pink winter wonderland!

Love, love, love Guru Nail Bar & should have written this review a long time ago - it’s over due. I’ve spent 23 years working in the beauty industry, owning a skincare studio and servicing mom’s & their teens with facials, brows & massage treatments. So customer service is my heart and soul, & I’m picky when I venture out to get a service of my own.

The team at Guru Nail Bar are so conscientious & mindful of their clients’ experience while you’re at their shop. They work with passion & enthusiasm for their art. Definitely give them a try! They take walk-in traffic of course, but my recommendation is call ahead and secure an appt because they do get busy especially on weekends. My pick? Their “Bubble Bath” French Tip Gel Mani/Pedi w/William. He’s the master blaster of nail art guru’s.

The quality of this nail salon has gone down significantly since it was sold to new owners. When Jessica owned it my nails would last a month + and looked amazing. I came here a week and a half ago and my nails are already popping off on top of the design and overall quality being terrible. This was already after a bad previous experience with the new ownership. I will not be back and cannot tell people enough how I would NOT recommend this place.

My nails were super bad. They didn’t do what I wanted and it looked super messy. And they were really expensive for what they gave me. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. I honestly want a refund cause I’m gonna go home and just take them off.

DO NOT GO THERE! It was my first and last time ever. In this place I got fungus on both toe nails. Disgusting dirty place. I’m spending a lot of money and time to cure it. Safe yourself from the traumatic experience.

I am so pleased and happy with this nail salon. First my nail technician really cared about how my nails looked and whatever concerns communicated to her. I love the fact that they are open late and they could get me in on a Sunday evening. I will no longer go to any other nail salon! Thank you so much for your great service!

Ashley did an amazing job on my nails! I came in wanting a specific design and she absolutely killed it! I’m obsessed with them and I would highly recommend her!:)

Their customer service is a -1. I went in for a pedicure and they did a rush job. I asked for the Gel Pedi that comes with hit towels, scrub, and massage. When it got to the part where he was supposed to apply the hot towels, he used 1 towel for both feet and lower legs. Then he used the towel to wipe, not wrap my feet. Mind you, I had been going here for years pre- pandemic, so I'm familiar with the routine.

Towards the end, a group of 3 came in and my Nail Tech stopped my pedicure to start one of theirs. Another Nail Tech came and said she'd do my polish. She started to put on my shoes and forgot the lotion and massage. So if the other Tech sitting next to her didn't catch it, they would have charged me for the extra service that I did not receive.

When I go in to to get a mani/pedi, I expect a full service that's not rushed and not be passed around so they can start other customers.

With so many ppl losing business because of the pandemic, they should be mindful of their customer service.

I will not be going back.

Jay did an awesome job on my nails today. Wanted something with a fall theme and they came out perfect. I will be returning tomorrow for my pedicure. Close, convenient, quick and affordable. I live Guru Nail bar.

I cannot speak to gel or acrylic nails at this location, however I went in for a simple mani-pedi. DO NOT DO THAT HERE. The young lady who did my nails was clearly distracted, focused more on her conversation than doing my nails. I had to remind her of steps she was skipping that she had performed on one hand or foot and not the other. The end result was poor quality. $45 wasted. I asked if there was any way I could simply pay for the pedicure as it was not that bad, but the manicure was inexcusable. They would not honor this request.

Had amazing service at Guru Nail Bar! Jim & Ella did an amazing job with my nails and accommodated our group same day. Ella does amazing intricate designs, she is so talented and precise! Best nail design I’ve ever had! Super kind and great conversation! My new favorite nail spot in town! Thank you guys!

Excellent clean nail salon! My manicure (regular) lasted over two weeks without chipping. Highly Recommended!

I’ve been coming to this salon for over a year, they now are ran by a new owner, Ella does well @ acrylic’s, very talented although time management sucks, expect to wait for over an hour even though you made an appointment.
This last time I came in for a classic manicure, take a look @ their work, I expressed my non satisfaction & asked for a discount due to me being a loyal customer, their word was “next time you come in”
Please don’t waste your time and money on employees who sit @ the salon, talk in Chinese & laugh at people to make you feel uncomfortable unless you’re booking an acrylic with Ella, she’s respectful as well as her husband Jim. Wendy and the elder lady gossip & have an uncomfortable spirit. With love, Diana ️

Charged $60 for acrylic set with no polish - found this was to be very odd for no polish and for the work that was done. The nails are not as durable as I am used to. I have paid this for a full set plus design there previously. Very disappointed because my first experience was great. Poor quality, will no longer go to this salon. When confronting the front desk she couldn’t even explain the high charge. Claimed shape and length was what costed $20 extra lol ($40 is listed for full acrylic set on website). Can’t forget to mention the girl next to me got the same thing but longer plus gel and holographic for $40 I am embarrassed.

The estimation for full acrylic plus gel was $65 total.

HELLO YES HI! Pay attention to me, thanks. So I called this place super last minute to book my friends and I in for pedi’s/acrylics with an appointment time scheduled for an hour and a half before they closed… they accommodated all of us, wonderfully! Amazing staff. However, I really want to talk about Jim and Ella… Jim did my pedi and it turned out amazing! Super friendly guy, very talented. Ella was caught up in another appointment so it took a minute to get my full set (said with zero negativity, it was very busy) she then proceeds to give me EVERYTHING I WANTED! Red bottom nails, and she free handed the design I wanted and made it look exactly like the reference photo! Also, I did all powder dip, that takes a while… Jim and Ella stayed at the nail salon hours after closing, accommodating all the services we asked for! My friend and I learned all about them, they are amazing people with really cool stories! Truly incredible service. I’ve been shopping around for an amazing nail tech, and I will be continuing to use Ella and Jim for all my services THANK YOU!
