Nail It Salon reviews
9Amazing technicians. Easy to schedule appointments through front desk. Easy to tip via Venmo. Front desk folks could be friendlier, but no big deal. We will be regular customers.
During my appointment, while I was receiving a standard manicure that included the removal of dead skin, the technician accidentally cut my finger. This was not a minor incident, as my finger began bleeding and subsequently swelled up, causing me considerable pain.
What disappointed me even more was the apparent lack of acknowledgment and empathy from the salon staff. Not once did they apologize or express any concern about the injury they had caused. It seemed as though they considered such an incident to be normal, which was deeply unsettling.
Kathy was absolutely the best! She always does an amazing job for my son. Thank you for being so kind and your incredible expertise! 5 stars!
I’ve been here 3 X already. I have had a pleasant experience every single time. Kathy has been my nail technician twice and she has been exceptional. She even did a pedicure on my 6yr old and was so patient and sweet.
My visit to this nails salon was a complete disaster! The nail technician lacked experience and made constant mistakes. They even broke one of my nails and stained my pants with nail polish. When I mentioned it, they showed no concern or apology. The lady at the counter with her blue contact lenses said I should be happy they helped me try to remove the stain. To top it off, they took forever to finish my nails and insisted on cash payment despite their incompetence. Avoid this place at all costs!
The nail techs here do a great job but the front desk struggles to keep the salon moving in a timely manner. I have come a handful of times with an appointment and have waited nearly an hour to be seen, you’re almost better off coming in as a walk-in. I now only come to Nail-It if I know I have an afternoon to waste sitting in a chair.
I’ve never had a better manicure. Every time I go my gel lasts for 3 weeks with no chipping. Worth the price!
Cute, little spot with kind staff. I don't remember the name of my nail tech but she was friendly and took good care of me. I don't often get pedicures out of embarrassment but she talked to me the whole time and made me feel comfortable, loved it here.
