I have been Lily 's client for more than 4 years.
She is worth for me driving from Woodlamd Hills to Chatsworth.

Bad service, it seems like they’re racing for the next person and don’t focus on you at all.the overall finished set was disappointing.they are nice people but it’s not that great of service. I did notice the nail files are dirty as well.i came in for just a refil with a french tip.the lady left my nails really dull and got upset that i asked for a little more file. She couldn’t do a french tip and again got upset that i didn’t like her version of.a really disappointing place

My husband and I enjoy coming here and have walked out happy every time. My husband gets regular pedicure with no color and get the full treatment. They take great care and he has always been satisfied. I enjoy getting my mani and pedi from Jessica. She does a wonderful time every time. She also a sweet person. I’m addition, I truly love the managers as well. They are professional and relatable people.

Service is great! The workers are very kind and friendly, i notice when any customer comes in they attend to them right away! The owner is very sweet as well! They handle your nails with so much care and do an amazing job. I got both gel manicure and pedicures! They last for more than a month:) Lily did an amazing job with the nail art i requested and their pricing is very reasonable for the quality you get! Its an amazing place to come to so come check it out!

Can to take off full set nails and the it was a painful experience (the lady I had was so heavy handed). And ended up injuring me with the cuticle remover. Left didn’t even get the manicure which I paid for. Sorry unfortunately won’t be back
