I came here first time for pedicure and was very happy with service. Today we came and it was mass. The front desk girl obviously wasn't able to handle it. We came for service, none was available, so we scheduled an appointment for 20 mins later. We were waiting another 10mins, but noone was able to accommodate us. So we left.

It is my last time here. They seems to have few good masters, but the front desk personnel has no clue how to properly assign the time for services. I asked for two appointments for pedicure and they book 30mins for one and 45mins for another one. Obviously, the first one took longer, it was scheduled today from 10am to 10am, but ended up at 10.50am. That is why I was not able to see my master for 2nd one. The administrator proposed another specialist, and I said I am fine as long as he can do a pedicure well. I spent 45mins and he completely massed up my nail. I asked to keep the square shape with round corners (and i had long nails on my toes), and you can see on photo what he did. Not sure what his name, but don't take the mail specialist in this salon. When administrator, Greem or Grim, came over I asked if she sees a problem here, and she said no. I asked her if she knows how this shape should look like, she said yes. I don't think she is competent enough to be on this position. She also said if I am unhappy, I am allowed not to pay for service. She also called it "personal preferences". Lol. I wonder if she heard about problem solving competencies. Probably not.
If this business continue to have administratorslide this, they won't survive in this business for another year.

Extremely bad place don’t waste you hour, I walk in this place expecting like most of the other places to have a normal pedicure done, girls starts without asking what kind of pedicure I want, I assumed they had only one kind, anyway this is what I end up get, and got charged ridiculous money for the ridiculous job they did

New go-to nail salon! I get the Gelx here and they are great- last super long and pretty. Tom, a nail tech here, does a fantastic job; he is precise and pays attention to detail, which ensures the nails look great and last almost a month for me! Definitely recommend.

Took my 80 year-old mom in today for a pedicure. She recently had a knee transplant, and the nail technicians there were so gentle and incredibly accommodating. The entire place was beautiful as well—very clean, really relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended.

I've been a regular at this nail salon for about a year now. The salon is clean, the receptionists are professional, and the staff are friendly. The only reason I am not giving 5-stars is because the prices are on the high end and my regular manicurist (who does an excellent set of nails), often runs late. Even with an appointment, I've had to wait for 45-mins or more on several occasions. But I keep coming back because Dina is that good. You win some, you lose some.

I followed my aesthetician, Joann, to the shop and I’m glad I did. I have been seeing Joann for 10 to 12 years now and she is fabulous. Best Facial ever! Chloe does my nails, full set acrylic and she does a beautiful job. I love the way she does the hombre affect with gel. She’s very talented! Ruth has done my pedicures for years at various shops so I’m glad to see her here too! All the receptionists and other technicians have always been super sweet and accommodating, especially when I bring my little dog! ️

Just don’t go there. This is my 3rd time having horrible experience. They are saying something over the phone you are going there is something totally different. Prices are ridicules, as well as the quality of their work. Don’t spend many and time

Booked me and then turned me away upon arrival because they didn’t have the right techs to do a simple biogel. I arranged my whole schedule around this appointment and I don’t think that finding justification for service like that was appropriate.

Ok where do I start. This was my first time at this Nail Spa. Even thou they have been in this location for 7 years. The inside is very neat, clean and upscale lookjng: Impressive. The receptionist was very friendly and professional. I felt very welcomed. I was pared up with Bella. Wow she is very BEAUTIFUL.as most if the stylist were. She was shy at first, but I started talking to her and she opened up. I had her laughing and smiling the entire time. Pricing: $56.00 Mani/Pedi and I gave Bella an $70.00 tip. One complaint I wish they served wine, champagne like other Upscale Nail Spa fo. I will Definitely be going back in 2 weeks. Hope to see you there. GREAT PLACE.

It took him 10 minutes! To do gel manicure! Horrible, non stop talking loud with fellow workers.quoted price over phone different charged me double. TOTAL RIP OFF. RIP OFF RIP OFF

Paid $70 for a gel pedicure. I specifically asked if the hot towel comes with the treatment and the lady said yes.well it didn’t. On top of that, my massage chair didn’t work. This place is overpriced and the work isn’t that great. Please go somewhere else.

A beautiful salon with much more to offer than nails. The receptionists are all really nice. It has a very upscale atmosphere and the techs are great! 6 stars!
