The price was ok I just felt uncomfortable with all of the non English speaking all around me. I felt concerned. I'm not use to that. The nail tech hardly spoke to me at all. My nails came out nice, I just wish it was a nicer experience.

Two DIFFERENT ocassions I wasn't satisfied with the experience. Owner is Rude. So are much of the employees. CC machine didn't work and wants you to use ATM in the establishment. Yeah, nice they provide one, but I don't put my card in any old ATM! So basically CASH ONLY facility. Pedicure was 10minutes long.where's the "Spa" aspect? Can I soak a little. Everything is rushed. I don't require much, nor do I complain. I'll let a lot of things roll, BUT to an establishment I'm paying money to. I can't. Won't be back.

You make an appointment you get there on time and they still make you wait my appointment was at 10: 00am it’s almost 10: 30 an appointment is for you to walk in and get your nails done not wait another 30 min

Been a rather loyal customer for some time. I could go at times a month without requiring a fill with no lifting, my last couple of visits I've noticed my nails lift! Never have I had this issue which makes me wonder if they're using cheaper product. Pricing for a pedi & fill have become inconsistent, I am very basic so I do not change or require extra stuff but often get charged for a 'design' when there's not one. If you ask they say the glitter is the design, but do the same thing next visit and am charged less. Don't bother making an appointment you'll wait anyways. If you dip your nails, when you go for a fill you're required to get a new set. I loved this place but as of lately the service received is less than satisfactory and feeling a bit ripped off.

Bad day to come- the lady doing my pedicure left to use the bathroom & got locked in the bathroom. The rest of the night was chaos. Shouting, hammers, they cleaned all around- forgot me in the chair for 20 minutes. David was running in & out with tools. Then once they remembered me there was no "sorry we had an emergency" or "sorry your relaxing spa day was ruined" but instead "that'll be $30"! This is why I try not to come here. They don't care about the customers they just care about the $.

I enjoy coming here the staff is friendly, and they get u n quick, they do a GREAT JOB! The PRICES r GOOD, I DO RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE, KEEP UP URE WONDERFUL JOB DAVID. LOVE THE WORK DONE

My fiance frequence this establishment often. Depending on the individual of service this location can be bad or good. You kind of have to keep up on some of the quality as they will let you go with substandard results.

These are some of the rudest people I have ever done business with in my life. Completely unprofessional. Not to mention lousy nails.

I liked this place until I seen that they dont clean thier pedicure bowls in between people. Very important to follow cleaning procedures so they dont spread diseases and fungus

Service was okay.really quick and was just trying to get it done. They kept sending people to the other side because they were “too busy” with nobody else waiting. The other side sent them back because they were “too busy”. Felt bad for those waiting and just trying to get service but kept getting shut down. Nobody wants to work here. And better yet, when those people left saying how nobody was willing to work or help, all the ladies working started laughing about them.

I called at 5: 30 pm and asked if they had time for a full set. He said yes, see you in 15 minutes. When I arrived I was immediately offered a seat. The nail tech asked what I wanted, made sure he undeestood what I was saying & was very gentle. My nails look great & I was done by 6: 45pm. I was shocked to hear how inexpensive my full set price was (I paid $20 more for a fill at a different salon the week before) I'll Deffinatly go back

Waited over an hour kept saying somebody will be right with you otherwise I would not have waited an hour to get a pedicure it's probably the worst pedicure I ever had and I'm not a negative person

Got my nails done here the service was pretty bad I ask the Manicuryst to even them out because all were diferente lengths and she was ignoring me she was in a hurry because she wanted to do other lady’s nails that walked in she cut me and didn’t even said sorry it was a rediculous experience If I could I would give 0 stars I don’t recomend this place.
And she used used file they don’t sterilize the implements.

Hate that they slip up the prices. REALLY ~ $173 for 2 pedicures, 1 set of French nails with an ugly dot flower on each ring finger and a mani on my daughter's tiny fingers. Don't think you can ask why so much. They will embarrass you by getting loud. I won't go back there to place. It wasnt in the cattle room side. It was on the "spa" side.

I will never go to another nail salon! Been coming here for just over a year. Best pedicures, manicures, and as long as it's not a holiday, you hardly ever have to wait!

Had a pedicure, water was COLD, when I said it was cold the lady just kept saying, "no it okay". The whole experience was disappointing, even went to the spa for better service but wasn't.

Great service I will definitely be going back very reasonable prices and very flexible. Today was my first day going there I happen to walk in 10 min to closing I needed a fill and pedicure for hisband and son. I work in Elkgrove so I usually make it home around same time I explained to David and he and his team were kind enough to take us in last minute and managed to do a great job. I definitely recommend this place my new go to nail shop

I love going to David spa, u Change my bail shop but found myself going back to David spa they are great! #9 is awesome, he is great at doing my stiletto nails

The manicure was fantastic. Guy knew what he was doing and did it quickly. Grosssss! THEY DONT CLEAN ANYTHING IN BETWEEN CLIENTS! DURING MY PEDICURE THE GIRL NEXT TO ME GRABBED THE CUTICLE CUTTER TO USE ON HER CLIENT! Never coming back here again.
