Nails Paradise reviews
5Horrible service. Three of my fingers were bleeding because the technician cut it deep and the whole day my fingers were having burning sensation. She was using used nail files and dirty gloves. Terrible. Safe yourself don’t go this place.
I changed my nails twice when I came to study abroad in America, and the cuticle treatment was done more carefully than in Japan, and they cut out all the unnecessary parts, making them look very beautiful, and the nails themselves were done very carefully and neatly. 100% recommended.
I don't think I would go to any other nail salon in America. When I called her during the treatment, she spoke in a loud voice, but she was very skilled and the finished product was very good, and I have no complaints! !
Even if you don't speak English, you can use a translator or show us the design you want and they will reproduce it exactly as it is!
The best nail salon I have ever been at. Always friendly and professional. The team is very nice, the salon is always clean and, of course, my Gege is the Best of the best!
Let me start out with that the two women who did my manicure and pedicure were very nice. However, I have to rate two stars due to the acrylic nails I got and poor customer service. Went in for my first time at this place to get a gel pedicure and acrylic manicure. Pedicure was fine despite the fact that one of my big toes and the toe next was bleeding from getting the cuticles cut and the blood flooded my cuticles and they put gel polish on top of that which has now made the blood stick around. The acrylic nails I got were extremely thick and no apex was built which is very important. The nails were flat and the shape was supposed to be square but instead I got duck feet shape, very wide and flared out. The underneath was not cleaned up and I had lumps of acrylic under them that I tried to file down which did not work. I got a french ombré design and the women used a sponge and it led to the texture of the sponge being shown and very spotty. I did let the manicurist know that I didn’t like the thickness and the texture of the sponge on the nails. I tried to like them for a few hours and thought maybe I was over analyzing them but they just looked so bad. Free edge was not capped with the polish so it had the clear acrylic color showing. I called back to let them know I did not like the nails and the receptionist told me the owner was going to text me and I never heard from the owner. I paid $80 dollars for this manicure which I ended up getting them removed from a different nail salon the same day. It was a nice nail salon, very clean but won’t be back.
