Namaste Plaza Indian Supermarket, San Ramon CA

We shop at namaste all the time. Please fix your queue system as people line up from all corners and one really doesn't know who is actually next. And also please raise the standard of music you play in the store, or at best "silence is golden". And sorry if i disappointed the face turbanator and his love for theatrics over a scam virus perpetrated by the fauci crew!

Its clean and nice place. Easy to find things. Vegetables aren't so fresh. They have sweets from ulavacharu. Excellent quality. Must try once.

Worst namaste plaza I have visited. All vegetables are spoilt. Most groceries are expired or about to expire in a week. Be cautious

My wife and I get instacart orders here and love to pick up ingredients for us to take home when we do. Such a great store!

Employee was extremely racist towards non-Indian customers including my half black grandson, very disgusted at the Indians who lived in San Ramon.

Good Indian groceries with good collection of fresh vegetables and organic options. Lot of snack options. They also started to sell halal meat.

Not crowded, good collection of Indian groceries. I wish the onions were fresh otherwise good for a quick purchase

I went on Sunday to this store at 3 PM. There is cashier (women) we asked her about something she responded very rudely. I think she should have minimum courtesy while speaking to customers. Never visit this place again!

A very convenient store and we had been shopping at this location for a few years. However, some of their products are past the expiration date and we had brought this issue to the attention of both the ladies working there. Also, some of the packaged products are very stale. This was a repeated problem. We sent them an email, but did not receive any feedback. The experience has left us disappointed and we have since stopped going to this store.

Please look at your receipt closely. I caught an item on the receipt that I did not buy. I brought this to their attention and got the money refunded. I don’t think this is a mistake - it is done deliberately.

They do not display pricing on multiple items despite requesting several times. They don’t care about customer feedback or even understand what customer service is.

Whatever stock they have is good, fresh vegetables. Had trouble with specific items usually available at Indian grocery stores, but they didn't have it. Also had trouble because most of the items on rack do not have price tags.

I totally love the way where the store is located. Always there is parking space and you can just hop in go inn. U get all the stuffs of your list. Including the meat cut - the way the indian cooking is needed. But only thing that shocked me was the refrigerator- frozen items area had some water leakage and it was wet on the floor. Also I too saw some corners of the counters was dirty.

If the he there place clean and tidy then they would really get 5 stars from customers.

There is a lady working at the San Ramon location. She is very rude and unsightly. We were disgusted by her and had to control ourselves slapping her ugly face. Rude aunty. This was on August 8,2021.

I am blessed to have such an Indian store in the neighborhood which stores most things needed in my kitchen. Prices of some items like raw mangoes and dairy products is exceptionally high, but otherwise everything else is reasonable. Assortment of products and variety is applaudable!

One thing they can try is to add as many price tags as possible to help customers understand if its affordable.

Rude very ugly lady working there. San Ramon location. She was working there on august 8 2021 night. Unprofessional! Never come here. If she gets fired only then will my family come here again.

Happy to have indian super market in neibhorhood.but some things are over priced and No price list on some things.return is difficult they are still saying because of covid.

I absolutely love this market. They have so many spices and seasonings, you just don't know where to look first. Their produce is very nice as well and they have a nice variety. Alot of things you can't find in your chain supermarkets. The people that work in the store are super sweet and helpful. I am on my scooter when I'm shopping so if I ask where something is, if their not busy, they'll go grab it for my. They go out of their way to help out. The aisles are nice and wide too so it makes it very easy to get around inside. I would also like to mention that the last time I was in, the lady that was at the register even went so far as to look up some recipes for me, to use the fresh curry leaves I was buying to try for the first time. Always a very nice experience shopping here.
