Nana's Flower Shop & Gifts, Cathedral City CA

Ordered a large buque of flowers to be delivered in a red clear vase with a card. Got a small one in a small red clay vase with the message printed on a piece of paper and stuffed into the flowers. Not worth the money. They wanted to pick up the flowers after it had been delivered to the recipient. They said its their policy. That’s exactly what i want, to be embarrassed by them and tell the recipient that the flowers are being repossessed after they got it. Low class flower shop and way over prized.

I ordered arrangements for my father's funeral. They were beyond beautiful! Absolutely one of the best funeral arrangements I've seen. The flowers were fresh and fragrant, beautifully arranged, colors perfect. Arrived to the funeral home with no issues or delays. Would definitely recommend this florist to anyone. My husband send me flowers for mother day they look old and weither. Call them and they were going to replace them with new one. Never received them I try to call them no answer could not leave messages neither. This is the las time we order from them. Very disappointed.

This is the worse flower shop in the Valley. They rip off there customers because most of us don't know what has been ordered for them. The time before last they left a $140+ flower arrangement on my front door when it was over 100 degrees. This time my kind and thoughtful boss sent a $$$$ Christmas/Birthday arrangement which was supposed to include a wreath and candles NONE! A Christmas Arrangement with all white flowers? It looks like someone's leftover wedding flowers. I know this because I sent him a picture and a thank you to find out this was not what was ordered. Please find a reputable florist that doesn't keep making "unpleasant" memories.
