No one likes to get operations but they made the whole experience easy. Every step was discussed or made available in their pre-operation package. There were no hidden fees. The actual day of the operation was extremely efficient. Everyone knew their part and executed it with excellence and professionalism. It was also personal in they asked me what my favorite music was and put it on during the operation. True to their word, I walked out on my own steam. Recovery was good and I’m very pleased with the results. I had a lot of pain in my knee and now it’s pain free. Thank you to Dr. Ferro and to your whole team.

5 days after the pain free hip replacement, I could walk up stairs. The worst part of the experience was when they put in the IV. How is a hip replaced, and I walk out that day, with zero pain, much better than I walked into the Surgery Center. Staff was great!

Re: total #kneereplacement @NanoClinic is stellar! I’m now able to return as a tri-athlete in swimming 1+ mile, cycling 19+ mi, and walking three dogs 40 min. So elated! Prior to surgery, I couldn’t climb stairs. I was challenged to walk to my mailbox. I couldn’t even go grocery shopping. God helped me! Thank you to Dr Ferro, I am currently 8 mo post operation and feeling strong. I call it my bionic knee. I highly recommended this surgery if you need it; don’t delay. Yes, I did have a dinner date with my husband after the surgery-yep same day. Unrealistic but true! Just do it! Time to live life again!

My experience may be summarized in one word - - - OUTSTANDING.

NO PAIN and walking without assistance from devices (walker, etc.) Some black & blue bruising, but that will disappear as time goes on. THANK YOU!

Shocking. After about four hours, I was prompted to "arise and go forth! " I got up and walked out, using a walker, but that was amazing in itself - no hospital, no drug protocol, just "go! ". We drove home to Fresno and stopped once, to walk around the car and get organized, and it was EZ!

Sure, the clamp on the thigh that controlled blood flow during the procedure was drastic - in fact the pain meds were for that! The knee never gave me an issue, and still doesn't.

This was 3/13/23. On 5/15/23 I was scheduled to go on the Central Valley Honor Flight #25 out of Fresno, with 80 other Vietnam vets, and I was really afraid the knee would be an issue. We walked about 5 miles a day during the excursion, and I wimped out the second day and opted for a wheelchair because my knee swelled after the first day of walking. But after that it was amazing and easy! The swelling required a little ice, and then it's all good.

I remain unbelievably impressed, and I would recommend this to anyone who wants improvement - it works. My life is new again, with my StreetStrider and my Poodle for walks/rides I'm on a roll! Loving it.

6wks after my 81 yr old mom had a knee replacement she is walking on her own and has over 90degree flexion. The doctors and staff at the nano surgery clinic have been very caring and have taken time to answer any questions along this journey. Thank you to everyone at the nano clinic.

I had my left knee arthroplasty done with Dr Ferro on January 3,2023 and vowed to have my right knee done before the end of the year based on my recovery. It has been 3 months and based on my amazing left knee recovery, I'm moving up the procedure for my right knee to this month (Apr 2023).

I'm excited to get my life back. I'm almost 59 years old and have been hobbled by instability and pain for the better part of 30 years after a sports injury when I was a young man.

I've heard so many stories about the recovery time following a knee replacement. I'm here to tell you, with Nano Clinic, I was up and walking the same day and within 3 days I was walking assistance-free (no brace, no walker, no cane).

The key for me was picking the right surgeon (Dr Ferro) and procedure (Nano Knee) for me and then staying off stairs for the first 2 weeks and follow the post-op instructions.

I had two total knee replacements a week apart. The professionals at Nano Clinic were super wonderful. From the receptionist to the doctors. I am out 6 and 7 weeks and I am biking AND walking over five miles almost daily! I've had total personal support every step of the way.

Could not be happier with the experience at nano. Everyone I have talked to on the phone and everyone I came in contact with has been unbelievably gracious and kind. So glad with the whole experience.

I was an other OR nurse for 20+ years and I have to say that Dr Ferro and his staff are the kindest and most reassuring people I have met! From the moment I walked in and the receptionist helped me to preop nurse Jess, OR team, and recovery nurse. I was walking 1 1/2 hours after surgery and have not stopped since. I FINALLY HAVE MY LIFE BACK! Having a total knee Arthroplasty handed my life back to me. I have already scheduled my second knee and I am just 6 weeks post op. If I could offer any advice to you if you are not sure if you want to have your knee done DO NOT WAIT! I was told I needed this in 2008 and finally had it done in 2022 and I’m mad at myself for waiting! RUN DO NOT WALK TO HAVE YOUR SURGERY DONE!

I consulted with Doc Ferro and he felt that I was a solid candidate for the Nano Knee. In less than 3 months I have been able to walk on the golf course without pain. Before the surgery it was difficult to do anything without pain.
The entire staff has been fantastic and I would like to thank them all.

Surgery is never fun but based on my experience the Nano Clinic comes close. The staff and Doctors are terrific and the whole Nano knee replacement procedure is amazing. Arrive by 6am for the surgery and walk out by noon with a new knee. Based on my experience, minimally invasive Nano knee replacement is the way to go.
